Scrapebox comments services, which one?

There are lots and lots of people offering scrapebox services, I'm at a point where I need to outsource this part of work, but how do I pick one out of the dozens on here? They all have decent reviews and feedback, has anybody tried several of them and can suggest one over the other?

On another note, one of the features that I'm looking for is consistency, so rather than building 30k links in 2-3 days, I want it spread out over 30 days. So far nobody that I have looked at offers this... hint hint

I suggest Paper-Boy... as to the drip feed of SB links, that is probably not going to happen as SB is not a drip feed commenter.
