You want to use only 1 connection per moz account that you have.
Further don't use back connect proxies, moz will not like all the rotating ips.
If you have only 1 moz account, just don't even use proxies.
If you have more then 1, then you can try something else, like if your proxy provider gives you some ips that only changes once every 15 mins, you can try those.
But as a test, try 1 moz account with no proxy and then go from there.
