    Hey guys,

Before I start, I've only been doing this for the last few days and already "acquired" some nice groups for my niche.

Disclaimer: if you don't like it, don't use it. Not for everyone. See post #5 on this thread for my original method.

What I've been trying to do is dominate EVERY result on the first page of Google for my keywords. This only really works in low competition niches, but don't doubt how powerful the traffic can be. Facebook groups tend to rank well for long-tail keywords and obviously have member base that can be exploited.

This only works with the "old" group style, but you'll find a lot of old, established groups with members that still get traffic (mainly from search engines) that are ripe for exploiting.

The obvious way to get hold of the group in your niche would be email the owner and ask to buy it. Or make a better group yourself. I'm lazy and don't want to be spending on stuff like that so I thought I'd scare them and get it free :)

First up, setup a profile with a hot girl, this will make your job easier further down the line. In the profile, add that you are a lawyer etc and make it look legit.

Then what you want to do is write a press release. This should be related to your niche that the group is in. It needs to basically say that a "high school kid who setup group in [your niche] was recently kicked out of school after being reported by [company in your niche] for copyright infringement [make up something scary]." Basically make out that whatever group they have made is illegal or some shit like that. Obviously you need it to sound official and believable, and it will work better for some niches than others.

Release the press release. I use PRlog, but anything will do.

A few days later, use your hot lawyer profile to message everyone who has setup one of these groups.

Send them a nice short message, something like this:

    Hi,

My name is X and I am the legal representative of company Y. I'm sure you've read the news, but recently someone similar to yourself got in trouble over a Facebook group like yours [link to press release].

In order to avoid any legal issues, we kindly ask for you to transfer ownership of this group. You can transfer this group to myself and it will then be passed on to company Y. [Link to FB help article on transferring groups].

If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

    Kind Regards,
    X

Now obviously I've just written that really quickly, but I'm sure you can think of a better way to word it. Some niches will work better than others, and also be aware that this is quite BH so not for the faint hearted.

I haven't given you my exact method, but this is pretty much it. Twist it, and soon you should have total niche domination on Facebook. You can censor your competitors sites by policing all links posted, and spam your site to your group.

Why just rank your money site for your keyword when you can have the whole first page? :)

    Enjoy!

Knew this would be right up your street :p

Oh yes, possibilities are endless. I'm sure I'll think of a few far better ways of using this...

It's basically using a farticle to scare people rather than make them buy shit.

    This is a blackhat forum...

If you don't like it, you don't have to use it.

In fact, when I first started out I just had a hot girl profile and messaging the guys asking if I could have the group. That worked pretty well too.

I just tested a few other ways to get the groups for free as well

Another good gem by meathead1234. Also ppl, don't do this word by word, add some variation to it or it will be useless. Good method!

Use the "hot girl" twist if you don't want to make fake articles. It may be "immoral" but quite often these groups aren't even used and were made for a laugh. They are mainly high school kids and don't benefit from the group anyway, it's a shame to see them go to waste! I wouldn't recommend doing it to other marketers, that's a bit shitty and could backfire, but up to you :)

I've had the most success picking up groups where the owner hasn't milked the group at all, and the only external links are those spammed by other marketers. These are the groups we want as they are untouched and haven't been exploited to their full potential.

    Still working ;)

The hot girl profile is also effective and you can usually persuade dumb guys to do whatever you ask. Most of them don't care as the groups that rank well in SEs tend to be quite old and usually not updated much.

some dumb ass tried this with a few of my very large generic pages,

They created a "Legal" style email and used a Gmail account hahaha...And sent some poorly worded email about how my page was violating their trademark hahaha, trademark for a generic keyword with my brand in the title...

Been in this business for years and actually been sued by big law firms, I know they don't fuck around and send emails using free accounts, they used registered couriers to send you C&D documents and call you up.

My question is. What about pages that don't have an admin? I see GOOD pages all the time. Pages still using the default images.

When you click "Is this your page?" and fill the info out. Facebook has to "check" something to make sure you are a representative of the company/brand. How do they verify this on a random page that has no admins and is using generic non-branded keywords?
