Scammer- NecroSEO

Please beware of this guy, - NecroSEO. He ask me contact him in skype. He ask me transfer money to him and buy a venmo account. End up he scam my money. He is under the VIP.JR

After the scam, he no longer reply. I don't hope others victim like me get scam.

Information For The Accused
@NecroSEO, you have 24 hours to respond to this shit list thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the Shit Lister and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.

Information For The Accused & The Shit Lister
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the Shit Lister resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the Shit Lister's favour.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

For reference, @NecroSEO sent in a support ticket the day @snapshottrade was messaging him on Skype requesting to be temporarily banned for one month or to have his account deleted if this is not possible. He was last online today 5 hours ago despite being banned by request yesterday and is no doubt aware that there's an ongoing issue with a customer.


@NecroSEO cited family issues as the reason for his temporary ban request. Despite the unfortunate situation they may or may not be in, we cannot put their disputes on hold as sellers are expected to keep their businesses running and their clients satisfied.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

For those of you who are actually going through something, I know first-hand how difficult that is, but it's important to always find a way to resolve any outstanding issues with your customers.

The shit list thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.
