Your question may be right but I think it's an opportunity for others to be aware of it and stay away from those people.

I dont expect to get my 500 back through paypal it was long ago lol i doubt theyll do anything. The way i see it, i took a risk and its gone. Never give up money that ur afraid of losing

Well I messaged him the day i started the thread I guess he does not want to even defend himself.I have waited long enough so I even ask for more time so he could defend himself.

This is very sad and infuriating. Have you made moves through paypal and any medium? I think there should be a way out in this issue. His silence really showed that it was a deliberated attempt to scam.

Sorry I have not responded yet, I haven't been on BHW for a while so I didn't know this thread was started.

Here is what really happened.

I paid $1,850 for a CPA program that I was told was already being used and in use. I was not under the impression that it needed to be coded from scratch or anything like that. I was just paying for a copy, or for my links to be added to the main program. That wasn't even made completely clear!

I did not know that I was corresponding with a "team" of people. I thought it was just a single person. Not that that makes a difference, but it is a point being used against me right now.

I NEVER intended to refund. Let's get that cleared up right now.

After I paid I was told that I would receive the program and start seeing results within 24 to 48 hours. That didn't happen because I didn't receive the program.

I kept emailing (as you can see above) patiently waiting for the program to be sent to me. I kept getting excuse after excuse, and they ALL sounded to be far fetched.

At this point I was honestly getting scared. I began thinking that I WAS THE ONE being scammed. I tried to email the person again to find out EXACTLY when I would receive the program. Again, more excuses.

I spent nearly $2K for this and all I was getting were more and more excuses. It was nearing the 3 weeks to 4 weeks mark without receiving anything at all!

I finally emailed stating that if we don't work something out ASAP then I will have to refund. I never heard back after that...


If you put yourself in my situation, it looked as though I had just been scammed. For a HIUGE amount.

At that point after weeks of excuses and empty promises I filed a dispute with paypal. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PROGRAM.

I am NOT a scammer because I did not get anything out of this!! I can show you all of my CPA accounts and they are all at $0.

To sum up, I disputed because I got scared that I was being scammed. That is the honest reason why. It was A LOT of money to risk NOT getting what I paid for.

When I tried to work things out, I either got another excuse, a vague answer, or no answer at all.



I would LOVE to work things out with you and your team. It was no means my intention to "scam" you or anything like that. I can verify and reassure you that I never got the program. You have the email logs, you can see yourself that I never got it! I was told 48 hours, I waited 3 to 4 weeks. Nothing.

If we can work things out, I would still be willing to go on with this.

Please feel free to ask any further questions.

I just want to make it clear that I did not receive the program. When I filed a dispute, I had not received anything. Obviously, I still have not received anything. (Basically, I never got the program at all. So to claim that I am a scammer and got the program THEN filed a dispute is not accurate AT ALL)

I can provide any proof you want to back that up.

You could have simply deleted the last email before taking that screen. Not saying you did that, just saying its a possibility. I would opt for dizz having to provide access to his email to one of the mods. They could then go ahead and check the truth.

Should he have made up those lines that should say everything and he would deserve to be banned for lifetime for trying to scam the mods by making these things up. Should you try to bullshit us the same goes for you in my opinion.

That being said I would also like to say the guy waited weeks after putting up a good investment and even if he got it in the end I think he was expecting a service you would provide where he doesn't have to do anything. Poor customer service = lots of chargebacks, just be lucky this one was on BHW or nobody would even mediate at all.

I think Bwaht was more then patient. I know I would of had my money back way before that point. He was promised a finished product in 48 hours. Thats what he should of got.

it also seems like the programmer is full of shit. Hospital, stolen credit cards, no internet all at the same time? I understand its possible but shit.

Also he stated it was his mother's CREDIT CARD that was stolen. Then he had to have HIS CC and Bank Account closed. Doesnt seem to be adding up to me.

Also in this day and age I do NOT believe that he could not find atleast one open WiFi or public place that has WIFI, just to be able to send the file.

That's true, you can go to Starbucks even McDonalds just spend $1 on a double cheeseburger.

I don't know either of these guys, but reading all the excuses from the coder leads me to believe he is the one bullshitting. It is simply not possible for a professional IT guy to not be able to send a file over the course of 4-5 days. His "friends" wouldn't let him use their computers for 2 minutes "because of my knowledge"? That wouldn't cut it with me.

Seriously, try to imagine a scenario where you would not be able to send a file over the course of 4 days, that didn't involve a serious, regional disaster. Does the coder live in Fukushima?

For the OP, if your coder did send the file and you are sure of it, I would try to work out a deal where you give bwaht some of his money back, and you rethink your employee. I would have filed a chargeback around 7 days before bwaht did. 2 weeks of lies and excuses for a 48 hour project is not cool in my book.

Where is even the OP? He brought up this case against Bwaht.

I sleep during the day, so that's where I have been. Amanda has contacted back Bwaht, to try and work everything out again. I am guessing that some miscommunication is at work here. And if I didn't think so, I wouldn't have asked tymillz to wait for him to respond. I went out of my way, to wait until he responded, and I think we can reach an agreeable solution.

This matter is not closed yet, not with our coder, not with us and not with Bwaht.. But we are trying to work it out. behind the scenes... So other than that, we will keep you updated. Because thats the only fair thing for all three parties.

I want to make clear that I did not edit, change, or manipulate any of those screenshots.

I want to prove that I never got the program.




So far it looks like it is neither Dizzspaceteam's fault OR my fault. It looks to me like it is the coders fault.. I think he altered the email logs to look like he sent the program so that he would not get reprimanded by Jason or Amanda because he knew he didn't do what he promised.

That is my theory at the moment.


I'll keep the thread updated!

Furthermore, I am emailing Dizz to work this out.
