Scammer: Bwaht

Hey,

We are here today to talk about a recent scammer that is currently trying to take back 1850 from me... I was having a programmer create a special program for him, and i have the conversation fully from our programmers email. There was no lack of communication involved, he got the program, and the next day, filed a chargeback with his cc company... Saying that the transaction was unauthorized... Which was a complete lie... And at this point, he doesn't realize that he was buying it from a company, not just an individual... Because we work in a group. And he thinks that our programmer wouldn't keep proper records of all communications, which is law in our particular circle...

Also, as we have won before with cc companies before, I hope to do so again!

Here is the edited(names and emails taken out) version of all the emails sent back and forth, the full version has been turned over to a moderator before we made this post.....

the bit I do not understand is the paypal email which states you've got funds , says the source of the funds is paypal balance so it should have come from funds in his paypal account, so how can he now try and get it back via his CC

Maybe I am being stupid and not understanding how the funds arrived in paypal??

Either way its not on and payment should be made for a job done, I hope you get this sorted quickly
 
I dont really understand that part either, because in my records its also shows that he paid via balance, but its a chargeback on a card... idk...

Well dude had wait over 2 weeks and nothing happened.Nice coder you have there with HP pre packed computer worrying over warranties :D

Also 1850 Is a ripoff for what your offering in my opinion (not that its stupid to ask but rather pay) And whats up with all the excuses of setting up the thing. Or did he code the whole thing from scratch.

Sorry if i have misunderstood something but i feel that bhawt had to wait over 2 week for what he was promised in 24h and have the right to call of the deal...
 
He coded it by hand, and with the computer crash, the information was lost... And had to be rewritten. He was kept informed the entire time... And he did it after he received the program, not when the communication was flowing...

So in my opinion, he always intended on ripping us off... If he wasn't satisfied with the program, we would have refunded the money and taken the program back... That was never a discussion. And as far as the price, it cheaper than I wanted the programmer to sell it... $500 less... Because it was made by hand, not just something that was already there...

A programmer that is worried about warranties when a computer crashes, is well responsible with his pay, because that is his job, no computer equals no job.... it was an unfortunate situation, but at no time during that, did he ask for his money back. I have refunded a lot of money to a lot of people on here when they have asked for it. I have had programs fixed as people have seen with silent lock. So i don't feel like I am unreasonable in that respect. But to take the program, and then chargeback without a word? Thats not even proper conduct.

Thank you for making sure we clarified some pertinent information! We do appreciate that, because there is confusion all the time in situations like this.

I do not like bwhat or whatever his name is, however he paid for the program way way in advance and you didnt deliver when you said you would. The excuses your programmer gave, were at best, laughable and to be honest most people would have charged a dispute within a week of not getting the product.

Bottom line is, eventually the programmer delivered it and bwhat shldnt have filed a dispute. Cld be that what he received wasnt what was advertised.

Both of you guys are wrong. The seller wasted his time and the buyer is pretty pissed.

However like I originally said, I dont like bwhat, he is a slimy schemer so make sure you fight the chargeback and keep your funds.
 
From what I got out of it, Bwaht paid for the service upon receiving and then issued a chargeback without stating that he was dissatisfied with the product that he received.

I understand that he had to wait for the product longer than expected, but that does not give the right to "take it and run". He couldv'e told them NVM on the service because it was taking to long.

Also, this stuck out to me when I read the logs...

PayPal.

And don't worry about me refunding lol.

Damn not sure why he would do that to Jason/Amanda as they're good and honest people.

He didn't really know, well if he couldn't read, that we were involved.....

And lets say even if he didn't totally realize, that would have required him not knowing that someone else was accepting the payment.... But we know thats not the case...Because every transaction comes through Amanda....

Thanks for saying we are honest... We strive to be. We aren't perfect, we have screwed some stuff up in the past but we have made it right everytime. As far as that program not working, that's not an issue.... It does exactly what it was supposed to do...

this looks like the sale was done outside of BHW, so why is there a shitlist about it?
 
it is a member that is on here tring to take the program and the money too.I would think that people should know who is stealing from who.

Paypal fraud team is currently looking into it, will take about 4-6 days more to receive funds back into my account, because I just called them, and they were all apologetic at my misfortune and i will keep reminding them to complete the damn stuff..... His biggest mistake, was using the same email that is attached to his paypal.... So there's a lesson for you guys that really want to scam... But still our advice, is to keep every piece of communication..

Bwaht scammed me out of 500 a few months back and nothing was ever done to resolve the issue. He was offering a jv on klikvip and an admin deemed it to be a broken method. I never received my 500 back and I doubt anyone else did
 
Btw I'm not sure y it's Amanda Scott now when before it was chris waters
 
Bwhats jv looked pretty stupid honestly and was pretty downplayed. Let us know when paypal puts the money back in your account if they do at all.
