There is no shortage of scammers here. I talked to this guy (twistedmetal) on 13th Sep regarding activated Bing account. This guy had posted on a thread here regarding Bing vouchers, so I asked him for an activated Bing account with voucher. He asked me $220 upfront for 10 $100 vouchers and said it will be done in 24 hours. I was a little wary, so I asked him to start with only one. And he could charge $50 just for one voucher with activated Bing acc. He sent me the invoice for $55 (to cover PP charge, flag no.1).
Then on 17th he refunded the money and sent me invoice from another email (this should have been flag no. 2, but I didn't think much of it as I needed the account urgently and the amount wasn't much). He said he had sent invoice earlier from a relative's PP account, so was refunding that and sending from his acc.
He kept delaying it without any reason and kept asking for more time. Now I think he was buying time to get money in his bank. On 18th I sent messages to him asking for refund if it wasn't done by the end of the day. He didn't reply, came online on 19th and again said he was still working on it. I haven't heard from him since then. And that's after I had warned him that I would ask for chargeback and post in shitlist if he didn't give me proper reason or get the account setup as it was a week already.
I don't want to post his aol email but he has a yahoo one on his profile.
Have sent PMs, skype messages and emails to both email addresses. But there is no response from him since last 3 days.
Thankfully, it's not a big amount but the time wasted could have resulted in bigger loss for me. I want all these guys to get conned themselves and cry for rest of their lives. He might be trying to con someone else, hopefully those guys will have a look here and it saves them trouble.
