[Scammer Alert!] GameLabXtention

Thank God I decided to search more info on him before I dealt with him he sounded fishy to me.

@BassTrackerBoats How is he allowed to do this and not get banned?

I just sent him 100$ and lost it. He comments on threads of people asking for stuff and is using his Jr.VIP badge.

How is he not banned.

That post is from Feb 20. We are at march already.

If you was scammed by the user in question recover all the info , attach all your evidence and create Dispute Resolution thread. I’m confident that @BassTrackerBoats will handle the process in a fair and professional way.

The OP said you can't create a dispute because he doesn't have a sales thread.

Sorry OP I wish you get your money back or at least he gets instant ban.

Be very careful with whom you purchase services from, as there are many scams related to Facebook. I was also scammed, but in my case, it happened on Telegram in 2022.

I needed an account to access Facebook Marketplace. They convinced me to send the money upfront, and then they did give me the two accounts. However, I was unable to use Marketplace. As soon as they gave me access, they deleted the history without me noticing. And when I tried to contact them to file a complaint, I could no longer find our conversation.

Yes, I just need to also add the screenshot i shared on this thread here, where he is selling FB accounts.

These are the elements:

Link or screenshot proof that the transaction began on BHW.
Proof you interacted with them on the forum before the transaction.

Screenshot proof that you informed the other party of your intention to post a Dispute Resolution thread about them 48 hours beforehand.
A notice of 48 hours given to them, best done on the forum in their sales thread or via a DM.

Screenshot proof that you tried every reasonable form of contact before opening the Dispute Resolution thread.
Easy enough to do, just show you tried and got no response on the platform(s) you communicated with them.

A brief summary of your dispute with the accused (e.g., failure to deliver the product or service)
Pretty much self explanatory... just share the problem(s) you are having with the {buyer|seller}

What you need from the accused to consider this resolved. Examples include a refund or a replacement.

Either a refund or replacement if you are a buyer and win is permitted. If you are the seller you are due a refund.

Ensure you check your Dispute Resolution thread daily as you will not receive any alerts for responses in your thread until it goes live.

Please do this so we can help you get your dispute thread live and so we can help sort out the issues.

Each of those elements are required for us to be able to be as objective as possible and if they are not there we cannot serve you.

I did not interact with them on the forum, but he was selling on the Forum so I went to telegram.

The party blocked me on Telegram

I shared the screenshots on the Dispute

All in the screenshots

Refund or give the accounts

I believe all are valid.

We need all those elements.

A staff member will look at it either later today or tomorrow and handle it based on what was presented.

Seriously OP, you should consider changing the way you do business on here. This isn't the first time you've (your friend) got scammed in a very similar way.
the first person who scammed me was a "premium member." later, I read some tips on the forum suggesting that dealing with Jr. VIP members would minimize the risk of getting scammed.
since my friend urgently needed some personal facebook accounts, he took the risk—and unfortunately, that happened.

Thank God I decided to search more info on him before I dealt with him he sounded fishy to me.
I'm glad I've saved your money and time from getting wasted to that cunt.

Sorry OP I wish you get your money back or at least he gets instant ban.
it's ok, he'll get banned sooner or later.

as I already mentioned in my thread, the mods didn’t approve my dispute thread because it lacked a screenshot proof that I had interacted with the seller on the forum before starting the deal, such as through a pm.
so, your case is quite similar to mine—except that I wasn’t the one who got scammed; my friend was.
and if they do approve your dispute thread despite that missing element, it means they aren’t applying the forum’s rules equally to all members.
