It seems my dispute was not approved even tho we all know the person is a Scammer - @BassTrackerBoats This is clearly a flaw on your site. Just because we don't start the PM on Blackhat you allow a person to scam people on your platform. This is crazy.

Yup, agreed. I have said it before that there is a very rigid adherence to the "rules".
In some cases, such at this one, liberties must be taken and rules must be bent for the greater good.

They updated the rules, now sellers can't post their contact info and are forced to start the communication on bhw.
Lol, the guy took money from me and blocked me on Telegram... I have proof of all of it but because I didn't PM him here its not valid...imagine that.

I get called a scammer protector 7 times a week... at least twice in this thread even.
I usually let it slide as I know the person is in the middle of a stressful event, but if they push me I then am obligated to enforce.

It's about time mods introduce a new rule where people without an active sales thread who reply on "hire a freelancer" or "looking to buy" subforums cannot post any third-party contact information.
All communication must begin on BHW.
Besides the obvious scammers taking advantage of this opportunity, the reply section looks ugly and cluttered too with all that copy pasted multiple lines of contact info with eyesore color schemes.

Everyone else and I know how frustrating this kind of situation is. On many occasions the affected are the buyers but also as a seller I have had too many problems I even stopped a couple of months ago for several other reasons in which it includes impersonators which is the most common.
My income affected , my relationships and if I stay only with 3 clients, they are 3 clients who know my work. Doing business online is complicated and in my experience, I decided to handle things radically. I preferred to protect my reputation before earning thousands, but that's me.
I'm not saying that this is the case, too much coincidence the DP section is full of this type of scammers. BHW tries to improve and help the affected person, sadly it doesn't always work out and it's not what we expect. But always, the best way to solve it is sought.
Don't doubt it, and if you have doubts read the section and you'll notice what i’m saying.
