    Hello Friends

I m luckyman, I sold some high quality autoblog network at Flippa. Network are of 3 to 5 autoblogs. Each autoblog ranked on highly completive keywords and get around 1000 unique hits. SO, blog network get around 4000 to 5000 Unique hits, autopilot, and they make around $200 -$300 per month

    Please give a look,

    flippa*com/auctions/113541
    flippa *com/auctions/102324
    flippa*com/auctions/108892

The problem, I sold this one on 26th Nov. This network make around $260, in last 30 days.

    https://flippa*com/auctions/113541

I hand over to buyer every thing, and every thing went smoothly.

ON second week of December i get message from him, that its not making that much, By the way, he get 2 sales in last month ( December). I suggest Him to wait till JAN, because, Generally sales are less in December, but will pick from Jan and remain more or less constant. And he agree on it.

But again, In last week of December, he as for refund....so okay NO problem. I will refund on 16th Jan. )) and he agree on it.

Because site was hosted at my server, and he don't want to continue, so i change my affiliate links. By the way, it make $220 in last 10 days. ( sales pick up In Jan)

But, today, "he has opened a dispute for the payment made on 26-Nov-2010 indicating that the item they received did not match the original description."

    The point is

    1. Domain names are in his account

    2. Traffic is as it is of 4000 unique hits

    3. Sales Varies. I told him several time, but he did not listen to me. Its picking up again

-When i m not cheating any one, when why should i Scammed?

    - is flippa like this, one one buy a site, and after 30 days, i get an message, " i don't like it" i need refund?

    - should i refund in that case?

Please suggest me what to do? should i accept charge back? provided domain names are not in my custody? OR no point in refunding, as Awsats is showing that traffic is same and sales are coming

    Thanks

    it seems you used paypal

flippa can;t do anything in this case

better talk with buyer and try to solve that

if not success try to take back domain

did you push domain or transfer ?

    both is different

with push you have low chance that ur domain get back

but with transfer you can get ur domain back during 1 month (depend on host)

i already had same problem with me before

and i took domain back and also i win the case in paypal :)

    Thanks dxseo, for quick reply

    1. it seems you used paypal
    Yes

    2. better talk with buyer and try to solve that

it seems that, he want to take money, and sold the domain names.

    3. I pust the domain names

    4. Lastly, when sites are generating traffic? is there any reason to refund?

    is it enough for paypal?
    thanks

    Hello
According to MR. "DAVID MARTINEZ has opened a dispute for the payment made on 26-Nov-2010
indicating that the item they received did not match the original description."
Well This is not the case
DAVID, Won this Auction on 26 Nov. 'https://flippa.com/auctions/113541'
Every thing is same as described in the flippa auction, Site Ranking, Traffic.
Yes last month sales were down, And its due to Holidays. I told this to DAVID, and insured that it will pick again from Jan)And its picking up again. I have Awstats and all the details.
By the way, domain names are still in MR. DAVID Custody.
    Thanks

It will be hard for you to win a dispute with paypal over an intangible item, I strongly suggest you give them a call and sort out the issue over the phone.

It might be a lot easier for you to contact the buyer and get him to transfer back domains, then you can try and resell the site again or keep for your own purpose.

Let paypal know the conditions under which the deal was made, most especially about the domain names. The guy could also be out to scam you. He has made some money even during the period of low sales. Let him have the domain pushed back first before pressing ahead on anything.

I could be wrong here, but I thought Paypal doesn't protect against digital or intangible items. Wouldn't this mean that you automatically win the dispute since the buyer wouldn't be protected?

I personally wouldn't refund him and just try to let the dispute run it's course. If Paypal asks for it, provide all the necessary info and send them the auction URL. I think you will be fine, but then again, you never know with Paypal.

If at the end you would have to refund him and get your sites back, it might be worthwhile to keep the sites. I personally would not have sold the site for the amount you sold to the guy. Too low in my opinion.

he is definitely not entitled to a refund. He probably realized a few days after buying that he actually couldn't afford it and figured he would try and get a refund. He might as well have lied about not making any sales or screwed up the affiliate links somehow. Unfortunately since you used paypal it's kind of hard to win the dispute.
Best you can do is try to talk some sense into him. Tell him that if he carries on with the dispute you won't give up and paypal will keep hold of the money for a couple of weeks anyway, so it's best to just reach an agreement: either tell him that sales have picked up and you will give him access to the site again if he ends the dispute now, or, if you think it's worth it tell him you will end the dispute on the spot and refund him if he transfers the domain back to you.
Either way, I wouldn't wait to deal with this through paypal unless I know I did everything else possible.

    Hello Friends
thanks for reply, and trying to help me out.
before i give u an update, let me reply to some of the post

    1. TheQuestion "It will be hard for you to win a dispute with paypal over an intangible item"

The problem is I delivered him, every thing, but after 40 days, he open a dispute at PP, now he had every thing, sites domain names and i lost $780. I send few message to PP, and i get reply from PP, But just reply, nothing else.

    2. ScrapeBoss "Let paypal know the conditions under which the deal was made, most especially about the domain names."
i give PP real time auction. Claimed traffic was 4000 uniques, and site was making over 250 per month
But, because according to him, site did not make $260.. so... prodcut did not match the original description, and put the dispute)

    3. dxseo -yes u try to help me, but still...

    4. J1218 -"I could be wrong here, but I thought Paypal doesn't protect against digital or intangible items"
well, i told the buyer, if u are not getting sales, then i m ready to refund. But still on 40th day, he open the dispute.
and since then no information from him

    5. ScrapeBoss "If at the end you would have to refund him and get your sites back"
but how? he is not replying to me
by the way, on first week of jan, he ask me to make some auto blogs. I refused becasue, if he is not happy with one of my network, why to make another for him?
then he ask me. to give that site too..."free-pill.com" which i refused.

    6. enSo -"he is definitely not entitled to a refund."
    Thats true

well, i try to be honest with every one. But i think i pay the prise of honestly.

    Update-

i informed flippa about it. I won the case. But what i get, nothing ((

Flippa cancled the success fee and give me option to relist. but nothing is at my hand.. so i request to cancle it.

I think i m already scammed, Thanks flippa to try your best to help me, but
i think, flippa can't do anything now

    Thanks

Thanks for contacting Flippa Customer Support.

Apologies, my mistake. This instruction was meant for the bidder. All we suggest for you is that it may be worth addressing daweb's concern in the listing description next time you list to avoid a repeat of this.

    Kind Regards,

    Flippa Customer Support.

    hello Danny,

I m unable to get you.

"Please ensure thorough due diligence is conducted into the contents of a
    Flippa listing BEFORE placing bids"

This is not the case of, Listing. "https://flippa.com/auctions/113541"

The problem is, after 40 days, winner of the auction, open a case before
paypal. The result is $780 is blocked.

Can flippa do some thing in it?

Or, because sites are sold, domain names are transferred, Nothing is doable?

    Thanks

    Lastly paypal
.....................................I send this message to PP
    customer subject:
    its regarding PP-001-181-**********
    customer message:
Additional Information: 'hello its regarding PP-001-181-322-038

DAVID MARTINEZ has opened a dispute for the payment made on ##-Nov-####
indicating that the item they received did not match the original
    description.
    ...................................................................

Well, This is not the case..
    ...................................................................

#.DAVID MARTINEZ won this site at flippa auction.
    https://flippa.com/auctions/######
Please give a look to Flippa auction. Every thing is same as described
in the flippa auction, Site Ranking, Traffic.

#. Its, Related to Digital goods, (domain names and websites).
Domain names, websites were delivered on the same date. DAVID was happy,
and he left positive feed back. Its visible at Flippa
    .............................
Great communication. Transaction went smooth and followed through. Thank
    you
    positive Buyer: daweb
    Private Fri, Dec ## ####
    ..............................

#. The Problem. After ## days, i get this message from DAVID .
"I have had it for about ## days now and only made about $15 in
commission, so not even close to what you had in Oct and Nov sales."

#. But this is not the case. Please give a look to My reply to David.
    This is recorded at Flippa.

You can see traffic at feeder sites. network is getting around #k Unique
    hits.

This is what i claim, and this is what its doing. Is there any decrease
in traffic? The ans is NO
    every thing is as it.

Now about commission, Why do u forgot, that I clamin AVG revenue. I
never say that u will ### ever month. some time it will be ### and some
time it will be less. Rember its Holidays. generaly it pick up in JAn
feb but sales get bit low in december.

#. As estimated, sales picked again IN jan. So, every thing is, as i
    claimed

#. Now question is, why DAVID Claim a dispute. According to david, "The
reason I am putting a paypal refund request is so that I am covered."

Lastly. I delivered every thing. Domains are in DAVID account, Please
check whois info. Every thing match the original description. But still
    My $780 in hold.

Is this justice? if this transition happed with escrow.com, This dispute
    never happened.

I think paypal should protect sellers rights. At this point of time, i m
    scammed.

    Thanks

Please resolve this matter asap. And please do some thing, so scammers
    get Discouraged'

Any ways, that network is getting around 4000 to 5000 hits per month, and making around 250 pm but still.
i know, how to make sites, i can make more networks.
but if any one is working honestly, and get scammed, then...))

well, Just an idea.. MY moral vaules are not allowing me to do so..

why not buy some good sites at flippa and other place, paysome thing with PP, and then within 45 days open a dispute. in this way, we can get sites, every hting, without paying any thing.
may be doable, but i can not do it.

    Lesson for me
    1. Don't use PP
    2. Escrow is better option
    3. lastly, if site is getting claimed traffic, then no need to go for refund
    4. Buyers buy my some sites, it does't means that he buy me. and treat me a s my slave

    Thanks

I wouldn't get so worked up about it just yet. You didn't actually lose the Paypal dispute as of this time from what I've read. Yeah it sucks that he's disputing it in the first place, but I have a feeling you will win it.

Word of advice: Next time you use Paypal (if you ever do again), get your money out right away. Every time I have someone pay me with PP, I transfer it to my bank account the second I receive the payment. Paypal can't take money out of your bank so even if he won the dispute, he won't get anything back.
