Scammed for 250$ by Mr Rishav

I had set up a 250$ bulk buy with Rishav for postings on his fb pages with exact terms: See below.

As we proceeded to discuss the buy on skype I relayed that these would need to be stickies on the fb pages. (see proof) He agreed to my offer and said the stickies could be accommodated but only for 12 hrs and not 24hr at which time he would do s4s with other big fb sites and push my post for the

Initial deal below to confirming via skype with the provider that posts would be stickied for atleast 12 hrs of the 24hr day but remain on page for 24 hrs total. At which time I would start day 2 with 3 new videos to be stickies for 12 hrs of the total 24 hrs and so on for 7 days.

one post a day per page for 7 days. If they are deleted and replaced i see no problem. but i would require each post to be for 24hrs instead of 12hrs.
so
page 1= 1 post a day for 7 days = 1pm est daily
page 2= 1 post a day for 7 days = 6pm est daily
page 3= 1 post a day for 7 days = 8pm est daily

24hr posts instead of 12hrs, starting daily at above listed times. I will have new content and Im sure based on content and brand it will grow your fb page as well.

Rishav violated our agreement within the first 3 hours of postings. By removing my post from the fb sticky position on his page. I log on to see not only one, but all three where removed at different intervals (see proof) but all before the 12hr agreed time frame. I was able to tell how long each post was replaced by the time difference in the sticky that replaced mine. When confronted about this I explained it was best after being lied to, to refund the money and ill pay for the posts of that day (which performed very poorly: see proof)

I kindly asked for a refund and he agreed but then sent me a cc payment (which we all know can be charged back) I returned the payment and requested he use the paypal refund feature and deduct the difference. At this point things got weird and he became very rude and started making up lies that Indians cant keep money in their account over 24hrs and they cant use the refund process.

I have yet to receive a refund and he has since blocked me and said to start a shit list with no intention of refunding me even after he admitted guilt and said he would refund.

As per rishav, Indian PP has auto withdrawal option , as a Indian I am aware about that and it was explained to OP as well.. He agreed and requested for refund again through CC, but rishav denied the refund, so this shitlist got approved.

Hey. Just wanted to clarify that refunds do happen with Indian PP accounts, in spite of auto withdrawals. As long as there is money in the bank account that is linked to paypal, refunds are allowed (and even paypal fees are reversed).

As he is reputable members here, I didn't excepted these thing from. First he stared making my fun by saying fool and other things,
laughed at me., I know these things are not big but m hurted. I tried to tell him that Indian Papyal can't keep money for more thn 12 hours bt he said he isn't fool
and didn't tried to understand me, told he have many friends who is in India and he know every policy.
After making him understand everything , when he didn't understand me, I told him to open a shitlist, so that other people can come
and make him understand of Indian Paypal


He blackmailed that my thread will be deleted he will make banned and everything wrong, he will make my name go bad and i will not get
any business. As he wasted my time and made my name bad here, I also concetion from him.


If he don't understand anything and start making fun of seller.
I told him to open a dispute against paypal so that i can refund him from there by closing dispute, but he didn't understand that also
and started saying so you means to you'll not pay.,
At last I got tired and removed him from my contact


What Can I do Now :


Will refund him, But as he bought for 1 day, and I will charge him for latest price of thread with 24 hours fees
which is 74 $. Yes, First I agreed to pay 200 $ , Then to make him I also told him I will pay full refund.


But after all this drama and accustion , I will take my full charge and will give him 176 $ only.

I told him many times, Indian Paypal have auto withdrawn option in 24 hours, and I have withdrawn the money, but he didn't understand, Even I sended him 200$ as refund, But he told he want money by me clicking on Issue Refund Button, As BB you are an Indian you'll be knowing that we can't send money like that until there is few ammount of money in our account,

So at last when I told him that there is to get refund, By opening a dispute, from there I can pay him, But he took that in other sense and started blac mailing me, then this was the only way of shit listing me to make him understand about Indian Paypal.

About the Refund Issue, After all the drama and wastage of my time, and making my name bad here
I will give 170$ now only (First I was giving 200$ then 250$ by dispute option)
But Now, all this hurted my business alot.
Whateva charges he put on me was wrong,
I putted his share for 24 hours and 12 hours it was pin top in all 24 hours, It just because he didn't get traffic he wanted his money back. In my thread I have mentioned that that's not my problem if you don't get traffic.

How 170$ ., He asked me for that purchase of my update before 15th OCT and bought on 22 or 23 OCT then price was high and he asked 24 hours
So he paid 250$ for 7 days, But After update of 1 day he started drama.
So as per recent price of my update I'll cut money .

And Last make this guy understand about Indian Paypal. He told me fool which really frustrated me lot

-you violated our agreement within the first couple of hours by removing my sticky
-You clearly admit you owe me money and you didnt provide the service we agreed upon
-I will not accept anything less then the 200$ you agreed to refund me.
-you dont address that you did not keep my post sticky for 12 hours like we agreed and was part of the deal
-you clearly lied about the refund option and not being able to do refunds
-he says i called him a fool but look in my skype logs he called me a fool and then deletes it from his posting on this thread.

sorry but it didn't happens with Indian Paypal may be you'll be having superb account that's why you can do it. If you are an Indian, why don't don't you try yourself and see . Make your paypal balance 0 (withdraw all money) , Then try to refund by clicking on Issue Refund button .

(even paypal fees are reversed) This happens when you sends someone money and he refunds you, you gets all the fund with fees also

No, bro am that greedy to keep money like that, I know I could have done that. But why to take any one's labour money, if the person is not happy . He would also have taken or earned from somewhere. When he told me he wasn't happy, I directly told him to refund , at the point he told me to refund !!

Its a simple issue, where this would have been resolved in private when I explained OP about Indian PP Policy. When Iamazme agreed and requested the refund again with rishav, he should have issued the refund and move on.

@Iamazme - Threatening fellow members is not allowed in any form including threats stating causing damage to their business.

As, there is no proof submitted by either OP or rishav that post stayed for 12 hours, I insist rishav to refund $200 to Iamazme or redo the service again.

BB sorry to post but i would like to ask one thing if the money was withdrawed to his bank account then why did it showed that "Mr Rishav: There isn't enough money in your PayPal balance to issue a full refund. Please add funds to your PayPal balance to issue a full refund or add a bank account and issue a refund by debiting money directly from your bank account." this means he had no bank account linked to this paypal and looks like he transfered all the money to his real account!

I Don't usually post in shitlist thread. But This is to inform you that we (Indians) cannot add funds from our bank account to paypal account. If you are not aware about paypal policy then don't comment on his action. He has his bank account attach. As BB said Indian paypal automatically withdraws money after 24-48 hours to the bank account attached. Only way to add funds into our paypal is adding a credit card. And I guess Rishav don't have credit card attach. So he cannot refund.

And @Mr. Rishav: If you want i can send you $200 and you can pay to the op. I have credit card attached.

I know its against rules because i don't have any connections with this shitlist. But i do know Rishav. And he worked for me in the past. He is a good guy. So just want to help him if he wants.

To be clear, Indian PP don't allow us to transfer the money from our bank account, but can do it from CC attached to it. But cc funds also can be transferred only in the case, if balance is negative.

No issues, its good to get clear. In mozoak case it was surprise to me, as for me and in most cases it never allowed me to transfer money from my bank account. The issue here is rishav would have waited for another 24 hours by receiving some more payments and refund would have been issued. But I dont want to go more details because rishav is ready to issue refund.
