Scammed for 250$ by Mr Rishav

Ok. I'll add on here too. I have an Indian Paypal and surprisingly, it allows me to make refunds. (regular, non disputed refunds). Without having a balance in paypal. The refunds go out of my bank account that is linked and not out of the CC. I say "surprisingly" because I have come to understand that this is not happening for others, BB included. I shared screenshot with BB and have also seen that it doesn't happen for him. So, please do not take my example as the norm, it obviously is an aberration.

I posted that only to share info which I thought was the fact. And now, I stand corrected. Happy to see the dispute getting resolved amicably.

Bro, I also have a Debit Card of ICICI Bank attached to it, from where I can pay him directly but he asked for refund, which I was not able to give. I sended hi 200$ at first then he refused and refunded me.

Yes you're right, when the balance is negetive then only funds can be transfered from the card .

I don't think OP deserve the 200$ now, he created lots fuss and dis respected me a lot, now one of my page also got deleted, yes deleted, not unpublished, it got deleted, I think there is little bit hand of his in this as he threatened me about this.
Lost my one of my 80K page.

I will pay him only 170$ now, not taking any fees of of page, but taking money of my actual service. I gave him discount because he ordered for one week, If he wants refund, then it only become service for one day and the price for that is 76$. .

I just want your confirmation on this pay him 170$, then in 1 hour of your confirmation. I'll pay him !!

Just to clear, Indians are not allowed to send money to others who reside in India. Even though, if you send him money from another country's account, PP will not use balance of that account to make a payment. You MUST add a CC to make payments. This is just to clear some doubts regarding Indian PayPal accounts.

But anyway, Rishav says he has a card attached. So different story.

BB, Just to say the limitations of Indian PayPal, so some might get what is it with Indian Paypal Accounts.

I'm not charging anything of my deletion of my page, If I do that, he starts owing me money, because adult pages rates are high.
I'm just charging him for the 1 day status update, as he didn't bought for 7 days, and yes, I don't want to work with him, So I will not do status update with him, I'm ready to refund 170$, which will be price of status update after deducting the money of status update of 1 day. !!

This is very simple and Rishav has made it difficult and he is still lying as other members pointed out.
He says I insulted him first which is a lie. He called me a fool first and I can go attach that image from the skype in chat if I did not already.

But that is neither here our their and I do apologize for being unprofessional towards the end out of aggravation but the FACT REMAINS: We agreed to specific terms and he violated those terms.
Now he says after I agreed to pay for the day "the prices are raised"?
Thats doesnt make sense or is it fair because we didnt negotiate on the rates in the thread but a bulk package. And when I messaged him a week later when the client finally sent me payment (I was not making a single cent on this transaction as I told him, casue if the client was happy she would order more then I would make money) I told him I could not agree to pay any more then 250$ on the listed package we discussed and he agreed proof is their in the images of him agreeing.

Thats like saying since it took my 2 hour to type and get proof and screen shots for this shitlist he should pay me the whole 250$ or more for my time. But Im not being so shallow and pointing fingers.
As you see what Rishav wrote that he will not give back more than 170$ and is still placing blame when he is the one at fault. (i admitted my faults) -my ignorance about Indian PP policies and for at the end for making a threat but that was after he insulted me, said he wasnt refunding me and to start a shitlist. His acct was started in April and doesnt have much to lose but I so I naturally figured he didnt care about his acct as the money scammed exceeds the amout it cost for jr vip and a new acct. But I shouldve kept my mouth shut.

As for the claim I called him a fool I can easily screen shot that I did nothing of the such and he first insulted me when I questioned the insult and told em say it again he not only did but said fool like 10 times. This proves he is still being dishonest and if he lied about that. Then at what point can you believe his words on anything else. But I digress and this is worth neither your or my time BB.

Weve done business together BB as I have with other credible members of this community since 2008. I only had to open one other shitlist in that whole time and that member was banned. I do my research on the user and service before hiring them and I am willing to be negotiable. I never had a shitlist thread or issue on me. So that has to say something about the providers way of doing business and ego and it drags on in this thread. If he was so willing and able to send my refund and we have now established Indian PPs can give refunds then why has he not?

BB please advise as I am still waiting for my refund of 200$.

I had nothing to do with the deletion of his page btw. I wouldnt spend more time on for a measly 250$ plus I trust in BHW effectiveness to handle shitlist accordingly and fair.

I told you that time all the rules but you told you have done lots of business and you have lots of partners and I'm lieing all that in skype .
When you was not listening me then only told you open shit list as you threatened me about it. Then I understood that only the mods or other members will make you understand about it, this was the only reason I told you that I'll not refund you.

I owe you only 170$ now, not 200$. That was kindness that I was giving 200$ that time.

I dont think its your choice what to pay but the mods. You have yet to and failed to address many points. I admitted to my first fault about the 24hr rule when BB pmd me and early on in my replies to the thread. I also admitted to making a threat out of frustration after you antagonized me and refused a refund.

I am not okay with a 70$ refund as your grounds are not justified and I sent BB new info that I will release here if he sees fit.

Refund me my money if you are so willing. 200$ once again
-we agreed to terms
-you violated those terms
-you admitted you violated those terms
-you agreed to the rate not to exceed 250$
-I was generous to offer one days payment even though you violated the terms of our agreement

BB I think 200$ is a fair compromise in light of the situation and now with other info which could be valuable in your pm may or may not weigh in.

Either way he violated our terms and agreements and now decides to deduct an additional 30$ based on what exactly? The shitlist thread? I spent hours getting screen shots and making logical points he simply cuts and paste and dodges answers.

200$ is fair and I willa ccept that and I hope the Powers that be can see the obvious points made and his lack of addressing them.
