I was looking for someone to reskin an android app for me. Woodkons messaged me saying he was able to do it no problem. We went through all the details and he said he couldnt start before i sent him half the payment first, so i withdrew some BTC from my HitBTC account and put them to his wallet. There was a delay and we ended up not doing the deal. He told me that he would send the bitcoins back to my wallet when it went through. It went through today and i went to go message him on skype and did not get a reply, then 10 minutes later he blocked me on skype, also is not replying to messages on here.
