Yes Paypal refunded me after 1 month and after I try to make this guy deliver what I pay for, he said he can't deliver, then I ask him to refund me, he refuse to do that and said that paypal will refund me.
What if Paypal didn't refund me? My lost, yes?
Now this guy asking me to give him a positive iTRader review? WTF....?
Can someone give to me some money for 1 month and I will give it back then? I really need some money now.
ANd he says is not a scammer ... What do you guys think?

he send me $140 for work. i have supplier of work and i send money to supplier but my supplier do scam with me and i wait for PayPal thats it

He sent money to you, so you are responsible for everything. If you got scammed, it does not mean, you have to ignore your client. It is you who have to pay him back.

Same guy scammed me 1 year ago in different seo forum for $180..he has not paid me $180 with same excuse thats I have not received payment from my client..His real name is Abdul Samad...
Samad as every one is talking about, has scammed me as well $70 and its been over 3 weeks now since he comes online on Skype and makes fake excuses of why he cannot refund.
I wish such people should really rot in hell , who steal others hard earned money.

That means This guy scammed me for $12.5 I sent him for articles writting and blogging....Thank God I didnt sent him the whole amount. He should be banned for life.

This guy is back under a new profile name:metheomen his skype is the same:seosamad he just scammed me out of 200usd for youtube services. I filed a dispute just now against him on paypal wish me luck. Hope this bugger burns in hell!

Bad idea. You have a share of the responsibility in this too. You trusted a non-Jr. VIP that didn't have a BST with an up-front payment of $140.00 and now BHW staff is spending their time sorting it out for you.
You deserve some pain to teach you a durable lesson so that you make sure this doesn't happen again. You should be demonstrating http://www.thefreedictionary.com/contrition for your role in this, instead of greed taking advantage of a situation that you helped to create, while other people are cleaning up your mess.
