Hey guys,

about 2 weeks ago I was looking for a facebook likes supplier and I've search on this forum and I've found this guy websolutions85

After I made a deal with him about the price and I send him 140$ to complete the orders I gave him. After 3 days I saw that he didn't deliver a single like to my fan pages and I ask him what is the problem.

I've got an answer that the person that do this for him is having some problems and he will deliver in the next 2 days and I gave him that 2 days to finaly complete my orders.

After all 5 days not a single like deliver and I try to contact him and he didn't answer me, I send him messages on skype and PM's here on this forum, but nothing ... after I said I will report him to a moderator here to ban him he said that he doesn't have any money to refund me, but it will send me 50$ from a friend, that been friday and ask me to give him time to monday to refund me the rest of it.

I try to contact him yesterday and today but nothing. I have a dispute open on paypal and I hope I will get all my money back, but all of you should not deal with this guy because it will be posible to scamm you too.

The title should say: ''scammed by websolutions85"

If you're going to put someone on the shit list, you should provide some evidence.

And that conversation was the last you heard from him? He basically begged and then cut contact! What a jerk.

I hope your dispute goes well for you. I read on another thread here that Paypal are in favour of the buyers usually so you may just be able to get your money back. Just remember ( as someone else also said ) in the dispute you need to claim it was actually a product you were buying, not a "virtual" item. Otherwise it is less likely to be refunded. If you say something like " I paid the user for a service to deliver "**insert product / service*** within **time frame*** and have not received it and buyer has cut contact. " this should help.
 
This guy already make dispute of $140 and i already sent $50 for him. I said to him Just wait for PayPal reaction and Get your money back. PayPal is favor of Buyer everyone knows. Now This Guy have my $50. After some days PayPal auto refund this amount of $140.

And He has my $50. Please Don't said i am scammer. I am honest Person thats why i send $50 to this Guy.

If Paypal did in fact send the OP the $140, I think it is only fair that the OP refunds websolutions85 the $50. However, I do have to add that Paypal doesn't always side with buyers. I have been scammed before and they have side with the scammer a.k.a seller.
 
Paypal didn't refund me, they should do it on 06.08, I really hope I get it back
And I will sure refund him for his 50$, I don't need money that aren't mine, I never said I will do something and took money for it and never do it ....

I also do something online for 7 months and I never had to refund anybody, also I never take a order that I was not sure I can do it.
I told him that I will refund his 50$ after I get my money back, but still refuse to refund me and says that I should wait for paypal to get them back. I didn't buy anything from Paypal, why wait after Paypal???

He is asking me to wait untill 15.08 to get my money back???
Maybe I will use that 50$ for interest

I could do that??? What are you guys thinking???

Why don't you do the right thing and enter the accurate info into the dispute - that you did not provide the service that the buyer paid for and should receive a 100% refund"?

if you refund $50 in paypal, then paypal will refund rest $90. But if you send payment of $50, then paypal will refund $140.
 
I will refund his 50$ after I get my money from paypal
 
Sounds like a bad business decision by websolutions85 but since he doesn't have the money anymore he sent $50 to do his best to resolve the issue, most likely what will happen is either the claim will get refused because it's a digital/non-tangible good/service, OR websolutions85 will not respond and the money will be auto-refunded to the buyer leaving websolutions85's account in a negative balance. Doesn't sound like websolutions85's intention was to scam the buyer, but instead he took a loss on this deal due to some internal business issues and doesn't have the cashflow to provide a refund to the buyer.
 
I think both of you want this settled. There are things to be learned from both sides. I just hope you end this amicably. :)
