I had some work done by Vlad which I was impressed by. I had a logo with several revisions to get precisely what I want, and was given updates regularly up until about 2 weeks ago. I offered a bit more money to keep things quick and easy, but I have not heard back from him after requesting vectors so someone else can complete the task for about 2 weeks now. I have his mobile and if I don't hear back I will be having to file a dispute.
