scammed by user mossaab galardo for $15 USD

Hello -

scammer's username: mossaab galardo

March 12, 2017, I posted in this thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/wtb-dribbble-invite-50-for-1-invite-from-a-u-s-bank-verified-paypal.753803/

I said "i need one too. willing to pay" ... mossaab replied "My Skype : [email protected]
I can provide"

Shortly after, I get on Skype chat with him. We agree to do payment via Paypal. He sends me his email for this: [email protected]

I send the $15 USD to him via Paypal. He tells me on Skype chat to "Wait"... I wait... and wait... and wait... then, I see he signs off of Skype or blocks me. I never see him on Skype again and I never receive my Dribbble invite from him.

I messaged him on Black Hat World, asking for my refund, on Monday March 13: "Please issue me a refund for the $15 USD I sent you via PayPal. You did not send me an invite for Dribbble, like you said you would.
I will open a dispute claim with PayPal if you don't refund me. I've also informed Black Hat World and they will cancel your account if you don't refund me."

No response.

I've sent him a dispute email through Paypal. No response. See attached image for this Paypal dispute ticket I currently have open.


I am still just waiting for Paypal to make their decision about whether or not they'll give me a refund. But in the meantime I thought I'd tell this forum about this guy, who deserves to be on the shitlist. I hope to see some punishment action.

Thank you. Justice has been served here, although I still haven't been reimbursed by Paypal. Let's hope they make the right decision also.
