Scammed by unlimitedmoney

I posted that I was looking for Yelp, Google and FB reviews. I won't go into long details, but this guy said he can offer me the reviews and I will pay him AFTER the work was done.

Because of that statement, I gave him a shot.. so we talked on skype to get details out of the way.

So before he can start, he asked for HALF payment up front. I said what happen to paying me AFTER work was done. He later said that he had to pay people to start the work and ASSURED me it will get done.

He was very persistent and pushy about me paying him, even staying up late, past his bedtime to assure that payment was in his account. He walked me through the paypal issue about CONFIRMING I received my order already (which was a LIE). They get you to CONFIRMED you received your order first so you can't later dispute the payment with Paypal.

I have been dealing with this guy to get my money back. He has "promised" me to pay me back in 2 days, it has been 2 weeks. Every day, his reply is "I will pay, I promise" but never get it.

Oh, the reason I asked for my money back? I questioned him about his accounts and reviews... he ASSURED me his accounts (Yelp) was from CALIFORNIA and that the user was not NEW and had many reviews. Things I required before moving forward.

So the first review? Account was not from California, and only had ONE REVIEW!!!! Obviously fake and new. Not only that, but the review was 7 days LATE!!!!

So I sent a money request on Paypal to the same account that I sent my money to and got the following cancellation from Paypal saying that Amit Singh has cancelled my money request.

Now he is on Skype telling me that he has my money ready to send me but he needs me to close my disputes first. Crazy.

Do not close the disputes until you get your money.

That is rule #1 in this kind of situation.

@unlimitedmoney - you have seen this thread - respond.

Here he is on Skype saying that he has my "fund and ready to refund" me but I need to close my dispute first.

Here is another screen shot of me asking for my money but the scammer saying NO on giving me my refund UNLESS I close the dispute with him FIRST.

yes that guy is also scamming after delivering the work he need refund and i told him to complete in 3 days but he said no and tell me i need money and i have paid his payment to other guy then also i m ready to refund him but he has filed the dispute and i said close the dispute i will refund u from different paypal but he is not ready and he just want to scam me

Pay him his money and I guarantee he will close the dispute afterwards.

Hello, this guy also scam me, I've do amazon review for him, but he always delay the payment until now is a month. The money about 1000$.

He delay so long and not paying to me

How else can you send him the money?

Western Union, ACH, Moneygram?

You owe him and now we just need to figure a way for you to pay him.

I am an Amazon reviewer and this guy right here hired me to this his job for him. I've done 500 reviews for him and when it's due, I asked him to pay me and the total is up to 1000$ and he keeps making up excuses and postpones to pay. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for him to pay. The first excuse he said was he had to take care of his mom in the hospital, and the next time he said he had to add fund from his bank to PayPal and takes 5-7 days to access. I waited for 7 days and another 3 days. After 3 days, I haven't received a single response from him. The day he told me he was at the hospital, I saw him posting on BHW that say he's hiring and needs people. What he has told me are lies.
