Scammed by spyguyz

Bought adwords coupon/vps for 37$.

I created 10 ads and 10 campaigns.
After 2 days, the account got a manual reviews and blocked.

I asked seller for problem solving.

"you created too many ad and made many changes"

what?? so I cant use 10 ads on this account?


Seller states he does not want to do a partial refund or create a new account.

This was NOT a coupon.

I ordered ready 2 use account/vps/payment applied.

asked for a partial refund today, seller does not respond.


I ONLY wanted a PARTIAL refund, as I know, all this blackhat stuff has some risks in it.

Payment for adwords coupon + account + vps login was 37$. ad spend was approx 19$. So I "only" request 18$!!

seller did not state BEFORE purchase that the account cannot handle 5 campaigns and 5 ads...
and that creating 5 ads would cause a manual review which will create a banned account. kind of ironic..

ads created where to whitehat ebook sites and some training courses btw.. no "viagra or game hack stuff.."

everything is clear he didn't followed my guidelines after i delivered the account, it worked and spent money as he stated
and it's suspended due the to lack of creating too much ads and removing
and after all that blaming on me

if a ad account is banned "and it's suspended due the to lack of creating too much ads and removing", it is getting a manual review, and it does NOT pass this cause of faulty payment, it sure is not the buyers fault, but the one using faulty CC informations.
