Scammed by - " script3rz " - for 60$

I was looking for people selling accounts for a specific advertising network.

This guy responded nice in the beginning, telling me it would cost me 40$.
I made the payment via Skrill.

And then he told me that the account has some 90$ balance on it and asked 30$ more for it.

I eventually agreed and then after payment. He kept me waiting for like 20 minutes and then blocked me on Skype.

He goes by the name http://www.blackhatworld.com/members/script3r.986454/ here on BHW.
