Scammed by Samuel Atkinson

So...

I have purchased from sellers on fiverr, seoclerk, and bhw that were very disappointing in the past.

However, never have a met someone like @Samuel Atkinson who straight up lies.

Originally I was looking for someone to do 35,000 petitions on change.org for 2500 USD.

He said he was the man and messaged me on skype for 3-5 days asking if the job was still available.

Eventually I saw how desperate he was and thought "why not give him a shot?"

I asked him to do the deal on fiverr or a platform with a middleman. He disagreed.

Eventually we settled on peopleperhour.

I asked if he can place on the requirement section that after the order is complete we will wait 10 days to see if the petitions will stick or the fallen numbers will be refilled.

He disagreed and said "they will not fall guarantee." He said "that not make a sense need to wait for 10 days."

We went back and forth and I asked him "Let's try a small amount (the 160USD deal) for another change.org petition.And wait for a week to see what happens before we move to the bigger petition."

He said "Okay hire me."

I did.

After 3 days he sent me a screen shot with the 2000 petitions and said "work done. I sent you an invoice at PPH. Can you release the invoice, please? and give me a 5 star feedback, please?"

I did.

The very same day the petition went down -1000.

He went MIA for a day.


I gave him a negative feedback on bhw.

Then he responded: "Hi, I am having fever. And doing refill."

He kept giving excuses such as "Sir, whom do votes, our members are offline. Gone to village. He said within Wednesday he will complete it."

After 13 days since he claimed to have had the fever, he was able to fill up to 1500 ish. I'm sure the number will go down.

Today he claimed he never guaranteed, although I have two separate screenshots in our skype chat where he did.

Eventually I told him "if you don't refill, you will be a scammer. And then i'll have to report to bhw. I paid for x amount of signatures. You said you can get it done. If there are drops that you will refill. No?"

He said "You again saying me scammer. I stop the the petition now. refilling."

So basically, I got scammed.

Good thing I did not send him the 2500 usd. But I would like either my money back or the petitions done (with an apology for taking over a month to deliver).

Hi, Dear, Sir, The shit list is not too correct. As I refilled the petition many time. We agreed so 2000 petition and it's over 2000+ we had done:

Dear Sir, we agreed to refill until 30 days

Hi all!

I have just checked the petition and it is showing ~2400 petitions.
I'm not sure if it will go back down or stay at around ~2400 petitions,
but I want to thank bhw and those who were able to help with this situation.

This 2000 petition deal was a small sample (cost: 160usd) to see if the service provide can do 2,000 petitions before doing 35,000 petitions.
I am okay with spending 160usd for this sample, but I wont be paying for the 35,000 petitions service that I need.

The seller first messaged me on 8/4/2020. Today it's 8/31/2020 here in the US and I still do not know if the petitions will stick.
At the very least I know that he said "I will stop the petition now" before the shitlist and
now he will be refilling the order "until 30 days"after the shitlist.

I said on the skype conversation was the refill will be continued until 30 days after the 2000+ signature is done.

So easy option is you agree to maintain this until 30th Sept2020. Ensure the numbers don't drop, any that do are replenished. Then on 1st October we can close this off.

Hi, Dear Sir, Refill completed earlier today.

So the numbers have not changed.


However Samuel Atkinson has been messaging me throughout.

He messaged asking if I was looking for a keyword researcher. I reminded him, I was the one he scammed.


Then he contacted me on skype asking me to change my review.

He then said he will refund me about 30% of what I paid him.

There was a back and forth conversation. I agreed to the small refund.

He then said the payment could not be sent via his preferred method.


A few days later, he then changed his stance and said "sir we are doing refilling instead."

Then yesterday he messaged me "Sir, Refill completed. Please now ask to MOD about the shit list to be resolved"

Today, the number is back down to 1,054.


I started with 223. He only did about 800 in over 30+ days.

Horrible service. Waste of time. Did not get what I asked for.

I really refilled. If you still need 30% return refund then, please do let me know, I have funds only at Payoneer at the moment.

This refund needs processing ASAP and also you need to refill again if @reespect requires this doing.

Had he asked for a full refund, I would have gone with that.

You clearly cannot provide what was ordered.
