scammed by Raza Rizvi

Long ago I had a successful transaction with him so I paid him $1000 to increase an account. I've increased a number of pinterest accounts and never had a single one banned. He managed to get my account banned and claim it wasn't his fault even though he logged in. We made a deal for $500 more to build a network of accounts and rebuild the original. He constantly made up excuses of work not being done, lied about personal health, etc.. to avoid admitting he couldn't come through. He finally admitted all accounts that had been banned were his fault, that his methods were dead and that he could no longer complete any future work. He took blame and agreed to pay back the $500, after a big of arguing he agreed to pay back the full $1500 as he had originally tried to deny owing the $1000 since he tried. This obviously makes no sense, I paid him to deliver, not to attempt to and get my good accounts banned.

I expect a full refund for $1500.

You see what appears to be a transaction outside of BHW in the OP as part of this SL but that is how the accused wanted to get paid per his BST which is located here and thus is permitted.

Typically that would not be allowed as we don't Moderate the whole internet, just the best part of it.

@Raza Rizvi has been banned on a permanent basis.

@phluid was 99.9% sure he was not going to get this resolved but was kind enough to put in the time and effort to make the community aware that the accused was not going to be able to do that to another member here and should be lauded for that.
