Scammed by @Pokergamer

Hello guys
Warning before user Pokargamer.
User Pokargamer answered to my offer from marketplace.
At the begining everything was ok.
I sent him 3$ he sent me back screen of receipt for made tast
In one moment he wanted for next few purchase ahead.
Now I know i was big lucky to not send it. And watend continue one by one.
He build trust step by step I now know in next days.
Also invited me to skype.
After when offline on day 8 october 2017 ,
I thought its maybe only for few hours and sent him 9$ for next 3 purchase.
He also wrote (on screen you can see it) , send next in next hour.
Till this moment all was OK with cooperate.
After it he blocked me on skype. And gone from forum for 2 weeks.
I noticed he was online and left him message when refund me 9$ for not done work.
Of course ignore me , no answer, after it saw him again on forum
9$ is not big money , but I want his ban to not cheat anymore any others users from forum.
