In Februari, last month, I was looking for help to implement a plugin on my website. So I made a thread here on BHW. Paolo Speaks contacted me for this on Februari 24th. We made a deal and he did his job perfectly. So I was really happy about his service and I trusted him.
Some days later on March 7th he offered me a SEO package of $100. This package was in sale (From $ 197 to $ 100), because his grandfather was caught in a car accident and was in coma so he needed money to pay the hospital. I was really sorry about what happened with his grandfather and how hard it would be for him and his family.
Beside this I was interested in his offer. So I asked him some questions about the package. I asked him if it was possible to pay first $ 50 and after he finished the job another $ 50. He said it would be better to pay the full $100 immediately, because he had to pay the hospital. I did pay the full $100 immediately on 8 March.
One day later on 9th March he told me that his grandfather died and I did my deepest condolances to him and his family. I waited some days to contact him about an update for the SEO, because I thought he will have an hard time and he wouldn't think about work. So I messaged him some days later to ask him "how are you?". He didn't responsed. After this I sended him several messages untill today, but he never responsed to any of my messages anymore.
I can really understand that he couldn't work all the time, because of his lost. Replying me
is a small effort and fair to do. It's now already been more than 3 weeks since my payment of $100. And he is online everyday on BHW. So now I'm considering this as scam. That's why I made this thread.
He already did a great service for me, so I thought why he would scam me for $100.
It's pathetic to use someone kindness to scam him. Why would you use a reason like this to scam me for $100.
I added our conversations in the attachments. If there is anything more I need to show I would like to hear that.
