Scammed by Nikchaing

I made a thread here in BHW that I need a partner to hold my payments and send them to me via MoneyGram or Bank since I can not use PayPal.

I made a deal with user @nikchaing. He would get 10% of all of my income.

To his, PayPal has been sent around 2.6k.

First, he sent 450e that have been withdrawn from my PayPal.

Then after a month, I asked for another withdraw. He said that he requested one from PayPal.

Later he comes back with a news that his PayPal has been limited and I need to wait 180 days.

First of all, this isn't my problem. All of my payments have been without any chargeback or dispute. However, I didn't want to be so harsh on him and wanted to work a solution since he said also his payments have been on hold.

To be sure I asked a photo or access via TeamViewer to see if it's real that the Paypal has been limited. I waited for him for 5 days to get a reply with a proof, contacted him several times on Skype and Slack but no reply.

So I had no choice rather than creating this thread on BHW as a start and to proceed later with other legal procedures to him as I have enough information about that.

@nikchaing has been notified he has 48 hours to respond to this post.

We've reached out to him in a variety of ways since this original SL thread was created with no response and he has not been on BHW since January 5th but I do hope that someone sees this that knows him IRL and will get him to respond.
