First I'll post current situation about this person.
I purchased Google Ad services from a member named "
@ngidi" at the January 31 this year. I wanted to do long-term business with him if the first campaign was successful. However, unfortunately, every account this person gave to me didn't work as mentioned in the sales thread.
In March second week, I told him that this would be the last time and that I needed a full refund if the replacement didn't work either. After all, I bought this service to receive what he promised in his sales thread. However, none of his accounts lasted at least few hours after starting the campaign.
So, I requested a refund. He got annoyed by my refund request and said some things to me. He argued with me about asking for a refund, saying that he took his time and resources for replacements. I told him that I would post a dispute in BHW. Then he suggested we solve the issue in Telegram and gave me the chance to think about the refund amount.
I told him that I needed a full refund of $72, but I would reduce it to $65 for his effort and customer support (but now I think that's also mistake I reduce that amount, because of this person's unprofessional behavior).
He agreed to that, but it took him more days to take action. I asked him day by day, but he didn't provide me with the refund. Then, a few days ago, he asked me to give him my BTC address. He tried to get more time while I find BTC address, because I already sent the USDT address to him.
He then sent me USDT to my previously given USDT address, which was $30, not the full amount, sir.
He didn't even reply to my questions asking where the rest of the refund amount is. Then yesterday I open a conversation message in BHW including this person
@ngidi and dear
@BassTrackerBoats to a same chat and asked where is my refund amount.
Then he replied quickly and told he's busy with some stuff and will refund this amount within 10 hours. I gave him 12 hours, and now to this moment it's 15 hours gone.

I initially thought that this person was a good person, but in the end, I was wrong. I have all the evidence of this person's behavior, including all the Telegram chats and images, which show that he did not provide the service as mentioned in the sales thread, which was to spend $1000 in a Google Ad account. That's why I requested a refund.
Be careful when dealing with this person, as he is not a professional seller. I will also report this person to the Payoneer legal authority.

Now I'll post how this person full discussion on telegram and he couldn't provide me a single working account at least for 12 hours with working conditions.
He talked about humanity, but I patiently waited for over a month with his account problems that occur from time to time to get the service I wanted. None of his accounts worked for at least two to three hours, and all of them got banned within two to three hours after running the campaign.

From that moment on, I had to contact this person through Telegram to get a fast response because I became frustrated when I couldn't log in to the RDP for the first time. I have exported discussion history day by day with all images, replies because I thought that would be safe step if something happen like this.

For now this person didn't provide me the rest amount of the refund. He also told to open shitlist thread if he couldn't provide this.

I personally think that this person gives people half refunds because it gives him more time to take more people's money using his sales thread, and then escape with the money. I don't know for sure, but that's how I feel now.
