Hi,
I createad these posts here that explain what I was looking for:

I got contacted via PM by @neelstulk profile: http://www.blackhatworld.com/members/neelstulk.245854/ who offered me his services for $100 for 5k emails. We exchange skype id's we get in touch on skype. I tell him I would pay him $80, he agreed.
By that part I felt things were a bit weird, but i decide to ignore it. I tell him I want a trial first, $10 for any number of emails close or around to 500. He doesn't agree, more red flags rise. He asks for $40 payment and I will get half in one hour, then $40 again and I will get the next half.
I don't agree to that and offer him the $10 again for the trial number of mails. He finally accepts but for a Steam Code in worth of 10 GBP, so a bit above $10, but anyways, I accept thinking that even if he scams me, that isn't a large sum and the damage would be mitigated.
Fast forward, after I send him the payment and again confirm the TAT would be around one hour he doesn't contact me for hours. I contact him and ask whats going on, he says servers are down, and that he was at 4100 mails.
I ask him why he didn't mention that earlier, and why he doesn't send me over some mails from those 4100 that he did get. He starts talking about not paying his proxies, servers, and other giberish, so I give him one more day to deliver ANY number of emails for the payed trial.
24 hours later I ask him again, no change, no answer. I tell him I will report him here on bhw, then he goes and blocks me on skype.
