We had a deal to run FB ad campaign for $1200+ to start with after speaking to a few and he WAS very professional and convincing.

Originally it was great seeing the demo and partial mock he shared over Skype video. He seemed to know this domain (verified by his posting on BHW about running Google / FB ad).

Suddenly, he started not being responsive to Skype chat (last couple of chat not even read). Excuse after excuse about the delay and eventually he disappeared. This has been more than a month now.
