Scammed by Living2xl

First of all, this happened a long time back and I don't know if I can get my refund back from Living2XL.

In November Living2XL had a Black Friday deal going on for his SEO services and I ordered 1 and also told him to reserve that offer for me in December as I will order more.

Sadly, the site for which I ordered the initial package was fkd by Google so I could never send him the details for that.

I didn't order the service the 2nd time but also never bothered to send details for my 1st site as I didn't have a site to order the service for. I thought I'll wait for a while and get a site up and send over the details.

I messaged Living2xl in March but never got a reply, I just realised that his services were closed by mods back then and it was stupid of me not to check (But I couldn't back then because his profile was showing error)

He owes me 250$ which I paid using my Card and not Paypal. I checked through my statements and I never recieved a refund from him as well.

Now, I don't know if the guy is still active on BHW or not but I know that he has not been banned.

I don't know if I can get my money back, It was my own mistake and then I went away from BHW for a few months. But what can be done is that Living2XL account gets banned unless of course, he refunds me.

Also, I think you should not be able to hide your profile on BHW if you are a marketplace seller.

Sorry to hear this happened mate. I think he's long gone though.

Yeah, I didn't think I would get a refund mate @MisterF but I was hoping he can get banned and his profile is gone w it too.

The best suggestion for now is post a https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/forum-suggestions-feedback.26/ and make this a suggestion; Also, I think you should not be able to hide your profile on BHW if you are a marketplace seller.

I'll see what we can do in terms of him being removed as a member from the forum.

We won't give details as that would be a privacy violation but if something looks wonky we'll help out for sure.
