I ordered a custom bot and never delivered. He also deleted our telegram conversation one week ago and since then the telephone is turn off

I buy on November.
Until last week he replied every week telling me that he will pay.
Suddenly he stopped replied and his phone is turn off.

This guy is from Poland.. there should be a way to track him down.. you have his phone number.. and in Poland you have to "register" your phone number with your ID.. but you will have to call polish police
