Scammed By Intiims1132 -- $1080

Respected sir,

So, I have been dealing with this guy (intiims1132) last one year, it's all going smooth since started.

Basically, I was providing writing service (Top list articles) last one year but last 3 months his reply was very late. So, I was kind of worried and I emailed & PMed multiple times to get reply once.

After sending 15 emails, I got one reply.. Below are a few screenshot that I emailed him (His email id is, [email protected])

-- Wrong Dispute + Wrong Excuse made over

Now, the strange part is he put a couple of dispute on my paypal for the service I endow a six months ago ($290+$400) -- and the pending amount is $390 (last batch payment is still pending)

So basically, he needs to owe me $690 (dispute amt total ($400+$290) + $390 (Pending payment) = $1080

I'd like you (moderator) to take this case further, investigate and let me know if you required any kind of information.

I found out that part of the content I bought was already published and indexed = useless, so paypal dispute was opened. We bought content for more than a year regularly.

Please remove my employees personal information or I will take legal action.

I'll need from you the content you received as well as the copyscape proof please.

@theblackgold99 - I'll need the content you provided as well so I can compare the content one against the other to see if what one says was sent is not what one said was received.

Buyer Comment : Buyer said part of content bought was already published and copied
Ans : In paypal dispute, he claimed, item was not received

Ans: I received the project details by 13th may (10 arts of top list articles, costing of $290) and I finished and delivered the batch by the end of may month. The interesting part was articles published by July and buyer claimed content was copied when I bought

Ans : Well, throughout the deal, I had sent copyscape proof each time I send the report.

Pending Payment : It has been 1.5 months passed away for my pending payment ($390) and below is a screenshot of that content is also published. I sent articles by 24th sept and article published was on 29th sept.

A part from the above proofs, here I am providing a couple of PDF files that would show you the communication throughout the deal we had made over. In this screenshot, you can see, buyer confirmed that the item has been received and articles were awesome as well


Conclusion : The buyer clearly attempts to scam with me here, and the strange part is buyer made a dispute after five months (articles delivered five months ago)
