Been scammed by if4ith.
He placed two orders with me and both were delivered. The orders were placed on July 21 and August 6, 2019.
On December 2, he opened two unauthorized cases on Paypal claiming that he didn't authorize the transactions.

What can we learn from this and how can we protect ourselves against fraudulent buyers like if4ith?
He introduced himself under a different name than the one associated with his Paypal account. I should have noticed that right from the get-go and refused to do business with him. My bad.
He changed his Paypal email after each payment and I saw a total of 3 different Paypal emails associated with his Paypal account.
His Paypal account shows a Dutch address and phone number but he provided me an Israeli Whatsapp number and told me that he lives in England.
He wanted to switch to a different communication medium after the first order was delivered.
If you're a seller and want to protect yourself against fraudulent buyers, beware of any discrepancies in email IDs, phone numbers, locations and behavior that could indicate that you're dealing with a dishonest individual.
I do believe that new users with no reputation are more prone to committing to something like this as they have nothing to lose.
