Posted an ad for help building Instagram Panel development in the freelancer section, he PM'd me and we talked on Skype. He showed me documents of his past work.

We agreed on a $200 payment on Paypal upfront and $100 after project is completed.

Once the payment was sent, he disappeared. I filed a dispute with Paypal and its pending right now.

Another member contacted me saying he was scammed by this guy. @Googledrone's Skype ID is live:intelcorelee

@Googledrone created another account named @Rightcore7 with a similar name to his Skype ID and Gmail account the day after he was banned.

The new account has been banned.

This scammer (Googledrone) fabricates evidence on Photoshop and makes it look that he completed his work and has sent files to your email then he takes all these images and submits them to PayPal and wins disputes that way. I tried to convince PayPal that he fabricated it but they couldn't do anything.

@Googledrone came back (again) under the username @Ironcode2000. He tried PMing his victims this time around, but like a typical moron, he left an incredible number of breadcrumbs.

He's been banned... Again.
