Scammed by godspeed007 for $160

I want to report this guy @godspeed007 for not delivering on SEO work on my site for one month and we agreed to then take it month by month. Previously he had delivered on my HAF fine. But this time he did not even do a single piece of work and kept on lying to me for four months.

I also had another project in hand on behalf of someone else but I was reluctant to pay for that until he delivered on my own project but he kept on asking about that.

I have been way more positive than I should have with this dude and he kept on fooling me which really sucks. When i asked him about refund he said he's broke af but when he talked about work he would say 'We are doing this ...' like im dealing with multinational ageny.

Though my project is dead now and the SERP metrics have significantly changed since then. I want atleast my $160 back. I hope mods will do the justice here.
