SCAMMED BY FIVERR - $3295

Yep, you read right.

I promoted the Fiverr $15+ CPA offer (display.fiverr.com) from Mai to September 2017 (total of 218 first time buyer conversions). I have sent 3 of 5 invoices and the first one is overdue for 4 months.

In total Fiverr owes me $3295 and I have not been paid a single penny. I've contacted another affiliate and he seems to have the same terrible experience I have.

I've contacted the fiverr affiliate support multiple times and apart from their super long response time of at least 3-4 weeks I have received nothing but excuses and promises.

The last thing they told me is that they forwarded my invoices to the finance department and they will be paid on 1st September.

I am not sure what I should do to get them to pay me apart from taking legal action with which I have absolutely no experience.

It would be awesome if I could get some advice from experienced members.

As far as I am aware fiverr is not a member of BHW and therefore certainly gives no shit.

It won't get approved as we don't oversee the entire internet, just events that had their genesis on here.

Send a "demand" letter. At this point, if you have reached out to them and aren't getting anywhere, send a demand letter. Give them 30 days to pay. If they don't, stop wasting time and file small claims suit. You don't need them as a client if they're not going to pay you.
