Scammed by Engange

    This user placed two orders from my spotify sales thread under one transaction. While one of his order for plays was almost done he complained that his followers order is too slow, i explained him the reason and told him it will speed up after the new year holidays.

    But he went on and opened a dispute on paypal for full amount of transaction including the service which has been delivered.

    I have even agreed to give him the full refund for followers service but he still does not agree and also does not agree to follow the turn around time mentioned on the sales thread.
    While im trying to explain to him that i cannot deliver everything as per his timeline, now he has started to use foul language and not willing to close or resolve the paypal dispute.

    The customer had placed two orders, one order for 5000 followers and other order for 50,000 streams/plays and both the orders were placed in one transaction by adding both in cart.
    On my sales thread the TAT for 2000 followers is upto 20 weeks (while customer had ordered 5000)
    and TAT for 10,000 plays is upto 8 weeks (while customer had ordered 50,000)

    I am just shocked you decided to open a shortlist thread after I've done everything in my power to work a solution with you.
    Let me start responding:

    *Since there was one PayPal payment I had to open a dispute on both.

    *The reason for starting a dispute is the seller was unresponsive and provided the service in a weird unlogical way.
    Almost all plays were provided, but no followers, which makes my profile looks just fake, makes no sense to finish all plays ahead of time and not getting followers, they should correlate.

    I emailed the seller directly and there was no response, I posted on his thread and there was no response, then there was one response only on his thread say he's sorry BC of the holidays he was slow.
    after 30 days to my knowledge PayPal protection ends, so I started a dispute and all of a sudden the seller becomes super responsive.

    I told him at least 3-4 times I am not after my money, I need the service to be completed since as of now my profile looks fake, the seller, the seller wanted to refund me for the followers, and I tried to explain to him that it doesn't make sense to leave my profile looking fake like that.
    He was not about working a solution
    My guess is that the seller can't provide the followers, and therefore is going all the way trying to make me the bad guy here.

    I have been a member of BHW for so long now,spent thousands of dollars on services here and never once had someone doing that to me.

    I'll be more than happy to provide all writing between me and the seller proofing there's no scam involved.
    Also the email he ignored.
    Those are exactly the kind of sellers that shouldn't be on BHW

    But you opened a dispute long before allotted for the service to be completed. Based on the sales thread he has much more time to complete the service for you.

    Did you and he talk and make an agreement as to the ratio of followers/plays being completed at the same time?

    I agree that is poor customer service as to the communication aspect.

    Although I am a non-fan of PP, you are selling them short as you have 180 days not 30.

    3.7 Deadlines Within 180 days after the payment has been initiated on the PayPal Website the Buyer initiates a resolution process for the Dispute and tries to solve this Dispute with the help of tools and resources provided by PayPal. This can be done in the PayPal Resolution Center after logging into the PayPal Account.

    @BassTrackerBoats yes i can deliver the order within TAT, infact i can try to complete it asap but i would appreciate if @engage could accept the refund for followers to keep the two orders separate, so that PP dispute could be resolved. Thanks

    He has a concern which makes sense to me is that he needs the followers or the account will look unbalanced.

    @BassTrackerBoats i can understand the concern and i will make sure that both campaigns go hand in hand. But i just dont want the payments of both orders under one transaction and i want to resolve the PP dispute by issuing the refund for followers service. once i issue the refund @engage can place a separate order for followers and i will run the campaign for both orders in parallel.

    First of all, the seller just escalated the claim, not sure what was the rush really, but I feel like the seller is acting solo, honestly I'm having a hard time believing he is gonna take a new order and fullfil in time, I feel a revengeful vibe, he doesn't respect this thread he opened.
    Again if I can get a reasonable amount of followers fast to make it look natural in the next month I'm open to it, at the moment the service made my profile look bad, I wanna know for sure this can be done and he's not gonna refuse to complete it.
    At the moment there's no respect and understanding

    Oh so sorry my bad, (funny cause someone disputed me as a seller for something he didn't get, thought it was you BC it was out of the blue)

    I have no problem with a partial refund and reordering, if I could get a clear idea of the monthly followers amount I would get

    1000 per month is amazing, if I had 1000 after the first month I would have had super pleased

    I am going to close the dispute if we can work with 1000 a month, but please give me your word that it would b edelivered, I don't want to be back here
