Scammed by dont.farm services.

Hey, we took FB account services for dont.farm @dontfarm, Those guys tricked us and are not ready to compromise with us.

We have ordered "standard +" subscription accounts from them. - 15 slots for $160 a month. - totaling $2400.

They have promised us a warmed-up account with $250 daily spent for their program of standard+ subscription. We were promised the following:
1. Warmed up accounts with BM.
2. Accounts with $250 daily spent
3. Accounts with various Geo's selections. (only 20% of what is said available)

What we actually got in return is a fresh account with a fresh Fan Page that was opened 3 hours prior to our order with fresh BM without any warm-up.

In this conversation, you can see he is telling us the things are different and we need to do our own warm-up to cheap accounts they created an hour ago.

We tried to resolve this matter nicely by requesting a refund for the days we have left from the subscription but encountered blaming fingers and avoiding replying to us.

If we need to post more pictures than what there is, which I think the problem is pretty clear with what there is.

Again, you are providing screenshots and at the same time contradicting yourself because obviously most geos are available and accounts do have a FanPage( it's just attached to the profile). Also it's a fact that it's possible to get accounts with 250 limits from the start but unfortunately it's completely random so can't be guaranteed (if you properly warm-up our accounts, you will in most cases reach $250). Our managers have repeatedly told you all of this over the call( before your purchase). For some unknow reason you decided that our accounts are warmed-up, destroyed 60 accounts in 8 day and now demanding a refund( knowing perfectly well our refund policy, that you read before making a purchase)
I'm sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with our platform but I'm sure any reasonable person can see how it's not possible to provide a refund in this case.

About refund policy maybe you are correct, maybe we were too trustful to the sales about what they have promised to us that we did not look there.

But as stated in many places already, we received 0 out of the 4 promised things. If you can provide us non warmed account with $250 limit from russia to which we can attach our CC and start advertising, I see the sale that was made to us a fraud and scam. Because none of the above was provided although this is what was promised.

We contacted you a couple of days ago in order to receive a refund for the remaining days (not full to be fair), instead of trying to come to a compromise with us your AM decided to point blaming finger at us.

We notified the AM and the sales on the 17th of the month ( a day after we made the subscription) that the accounts are not as promised, Your AM convinced us to try other GEOS and things even though we said we probably want a refund for it as it's not as was promised.

Just to be clear, your accounts got banned after we tried to promote the page with cats pictures or by creating a post on the fan page.

For the moderators in this thread - I can share the full batch of the whole conversations as I did in the personal thread with one of the mods and dontfarm, It just that it includes some personal names of other people so I try to avoid it, but if needed I will be glad to publicly share it as I did in the personal thread.

Hey @dontfarm, I find it concerning that you are not trying to resolve this.

1. You agreed on all of the discussions already in the private discussion and here when all the time you have pointed a blaming finger toward us.
2. You are more than welcome to check the images I uploaded and I can take them from many angles as the chat history exists, I re-added the full picture again. - the picture of Kiril 2 is looking weird because the circles area is an image that was sent in the group (the pavel.png picture), this is just how it looks inside of the desktop telegram (you can compare the circles and see it's the same one)
3. As Bass stated, You ignoring completely this forum's rules:
a. You don't have a refund policy in your thread.
b. You don't have a refund policy on your main website.
c. Privacy policy is hidden in an external link inside of the active account, hidden under the "Payment method" section.
4. I searched a little on your website, in fact, there is a section where you are stating you can do warm-up for BM's in your knowledge base, so why are you keep saying that such a thing is not provided by you?

Right now we are beginning the 3rd day of this weird negotiation, this could have been resolved simply by accepting to refund us for the remaining days but instead, you insist on trying to prove that the way you mislead people is correct.

Will we see any progress from your end regarding this?

Was really not going to go down this path, but since you used the term "trustful" makes me obligated to respond.
Your first step was to have a call with our manager, in that 20 minute call we informed you about the current situation with Facebook and how our solution works. Perfectly understanding our refund police - you decided to not record the call , just so that you have a way out after you take( through access tokens) the necessary amount of accounts from us( over 60 in 8 days, blatantly abusing our unlimited replacements policy). After which decided to make up facts that the accounts should be "warmed-up", only 20% of the geos are available, etc. If even 30% of what you said was remotely true we would not be on the market for over 2.5 years. Obviously, after you have taken over 60 accounts from us, it's impossible to provide a partial refunds because the total cost of the accounts you have received is more than you have paid, but since we have obligations to you as a client( at least till the end of your subscription, because we will not feel comfortable in working with you beyond that) we will continue providing accounts at a loss to us, a refund on top of that is just something we cannot do.

Also has to be metioned that the refund police is open for any client that has registered on our platform( no need to add funds), at least lets not pretend that you were not aware of it. The warmed-up accounts you are mentioning are available for WH solutions not the subscription model( you knew perfectly well that the cost of such accounts is drastically different).

Per your confirmation, we used 60 accounts over 1 week period after your AM convinced us to try more options with you when we wanted a refund on the first day as you can see in the history and the pictures.
So, Our total payment was $2475, We used it for 1 week, meaning we paid $618.75 for 60 freshly made accounts with fresh BM and fresh Fan Page with a $50 daily limit BM with no history at all that was made 3 hours prior to our receiving time. (Maybe I'm not aware of 3-hour aged accounts and they are worth more, would be glad if you could show me price tables for such accounts)
If you thought that is $10.3 per account is a low amount, we were ready to discuss it, but your AM choose to blame us and state that no refund will be made at all the same way you do now.

The main problem of this whole situation is that although we received 60 accounts, none of that 60 accounts was what we were promised.
No Russian Proxy, No $250 Daily Limit, No Help from AM, None of them had warmed up BM.

As explained, we requested our refund on the very first day because we saw that none of the first 10 accounts we ordered had any of those qualities. You could have just refunded us back then and ended our work together, But Kiril, Your AM, convinced us to try a few more things before we leave, so we face it a try. I believe we have hit a dead end in this conversation, you have now added a new item to the list - "3 hour aged accounts". We provide aged profiles, our new BMs are attached to them. I'm sure you would know much better the cost of sustaining our solution but I have to disappoint you by stating that it's significantly more than $10 per account. Either way, none of that really matters, because you keep mentioning things that were never promised( not really surprised, your claim that only 20% of the listed geos are available to you was inaccurate from the start), even in this post you are trying to deceive the audience...... The first time you mentioned a refund is AFTER 8 day( 60 accounts), up to that point you kept stating that you need "warmed up accounts" because you are having trouble launching ads and our manager Kirill kept explaining that you should try different geos( from our wide variety) but you will still need to warm them up. It seems that after you have collected the necessary amount of accounts, decided it's time to "cash out". Honestly, we are not in a position to judge you, but have to admit that after all of this, claiming to be victim of a scam is rich.

I've added Direct pictures from your website regarding the Russian Proxy available for "standard +" accounts when the accounts come with a $250 daily limit including the pdf you have on your site and what was sent to us.

I do see this isn't going anywhere and you are constantly trying to avoid providing answers of why the sales have misled us and why you didn't want to end the partnership on the 1st day but rather pushed us to try different things.

@BassTrackerBoats should I upload more pictures here of the conversations for you moderators to go over them fully?

P.S I wanted to post pictures of the account age, but it seems as they have disconnected us from their services (very odd compared to what he said above they will let us keep the accounts), and none of the accounts is working. here is an example of what we see right now from 4 different accounts we have from different GEOS, @dontfarm mind to explain, please?

You have not posted a single image of where you were promised warmed-up accounts, but it's good that we have moved beyond your false claims and got back to work. I kindly ask you to contact your manager, he will try to resolve this connection issue. Your manager has not received complaints from you in the last 2 days.

1. on the 15-16th of October we spoke with Pavel, who explained to us over skype or telegram call how their system is working, sent us their documents of the account types and what they come with. We can see in the picture it is written on their website that the account comes with $250 daily spent and there are Russian proxies included. and that Pavel confirmed we just "need to add the card and rub your ads".
2. "warmed up accounts" - an image that shows they can provide warm-up BMs if we ask them.
3. We bought 15 slots subscription on the 16th of October at 19:00 PM and ordered new accounts.
4. On the 16th at 20:06 when we started to generate accounts (after the purchase), Pavel notifies us the first time they don't provide Russian accounts for weeks.
5. On the 17th of October we received the accountant who wrote to Kiril that it is not what we were promised, and it's far away from what we've been told.
6. At some point the discussion went on and off with Kiril pointing blaming fingers at us the CC's were not good, that we should have warmed up accounts, and that we should try different GEOs because their success rate is much better.
7. We Provided to Kiril several times during our conversations the same pictures we add here of where it was stated the accounts come with $250 daily limits and where we saw they provide Russian proxies, meanwhile the team tested other accounts as Kiril suggested and pushed us to do.
8. On the 21st of October (Thursday) was our last activity on the accounts, and per my check with the team and the number of cards that were burned, it summarizes with around 40 accounts in total and not 60. when 20 first ones were from Ukraine which part of them we replaced without touching them following Kiril advice, and 20 others were from the different geos that Kirill suggested us to try. so it's even less than 30 accounts we attempted anything with them.
9. On the 25th (Monday) we contacted Kiril regarding a possible option to receive a refund for the remaining time we had from our subscription, after a long and pointless discussion of him pointing blaming finger towards us, he stated no refund will be made for us. the first time we found out about their "No Refund" Policy was when he actually shared it here when he marked it located hidden on the account portal under "Payment Methods". For a very long time Kiril Tried to convince us that we can't read Engish properly and when they advertise "$250 Daily limit" accounts, they mean to "Possibility to reach to $250 daily spent limit"
10. On the 25th we opened a thread here regarding this problem and since then it doesn't seem to move anywhere, we were not contacted by any one of their team since then to try to resolve it, only received a "No Refund" reply in this thread.
11. "acc1 issue" - "acc4 issue" images - pictures from the 27th (today) when we wanted to take screenshots of the quality accounts, surprised to find out everything is not working anymore, which is super odd and very weird to be a "coincidence".

7. We Provided to Kiril several times during our conversations the same pictures we add here of where it was stated the accounts come with $250 daily limits and where we saw they provide Russian proxies, meanwhile the team tested other accounts as Kiril suggested and pushed us to do.

On the 21st of October (Thursday) was our last activity on the accounts, and per my check with the team and the number of cards that were burned, it summarizes with around 40 accounts in total and not 60. when 20 first ones were from Ukraine which part of them we replaced without touching them following Kiril advice, and 20 others were from the different geos that Kirill suggested us to try. so it's even less than 30 accounts we attempted anything with them.
9. On the 25th (Monday) we contacted Kiril regarding a possible option to receive a refund for the remaining time we had from our subscription, after a long and pointless discussion of him pointing blaming finger towards us, he stated no refund will be made for us. the first time we found out about their "No Refund" Policy was when he actually shared it here when he marked it located hidden on the account portal under "Payment Methods". For a very long time Kiril Tried to convince us that we can't read Engish properly and when they advertise "$250 Daily limit" accounts, they mean to "Possibility to reach to $250 daily spent limit"
10. On the 25th we opened a thread here regarding this problem and since then it doesn't seem to move anywhere, we were not contacted by any one of their team since then to try to resolve it, only received a "No Refund" reply in this thread.
11. "acc1 issue" - "acc4 issue" images - pictures from the 27th (today) when we wanted to take screenshots of the quality accounts, surprised to find out everything is not working anymore, which is super odd and very weird to be a "coincidence".

Since you enjoy telling tales, please allow us to retort( I see that some of the earlier claims are not here anymore, must have magically been resolved e.g. " only 20% of the listed geos are available".)
1) You were informed multiple times that accounts are not warmed up and not all accounts will be 250 USD from the start, it will take some spend to get there.
2) The screenshot you are providing applies to our White Hat solution, where accounts start from $1150 for each, but obviously you knew that.

4) Unfortunately, Russian accounts are unavailable, the reasons were explain to you and you were completely fine with it.( added an image, at that point we were using russian)
5-6-7) After receiving accounts you did NOT ask for a refund, just told us that you want them warmed-up and its was explained to you that is something that you will have to do yourself, 60 accounts(in 8 days) later, mostly taking access tokens and replacing accounts, you decided to ask for a refund( knowing our policy).
8-9) Please be honest on the matter of how many accounts you used up, in earlier posts you did not dispute that it was over 60, but I guess that also "magically changes" Also please don't pretend that you where not aware of our refund policy.
10) I personally have been in contact with you through this platform since the 26th, your decision to not work with your account managers is entirely your choice.
11) You still have not contacted your account manager to get this issue resolved, but we all understand why.
12) This one just puzzles me, I believe you are misinformed on the definition of "threaten". Now, if you mean that you threatened us with a bad BHW review, that's completely true. ( added an image)

So far you provided 0 proofs to sustain your theory of what you're saying, and you still didn't comply with your public thread under this forum rules about the refund policy, by the way.

In the images, it is clear the image was done from the subdomain of bh.dont.farm, So I don't know, maybe you are not aware of what you're selling or trying to sell, but even so, it doesn't change the fact you're not even checking facts and pointing blaming finger and after so long still not ready to refund us for the things you did not supply, it doesn't matter even if you have 90% of the proxies, the fact you don't have the specific things that were promised to us make it as you have 0% of the product we were promised.
the same thing with the pdf that is on that subdomain of bh subdomain on your site, I saved it in the web time machine archive so you won't have the ability to change it.
I don't see any point in continuing this discussion, I've uploaded summarized information so the moderators will be comfortable with going over it. If you can't provide proofs to your claims, I think the mods here love to say "no proofs, didn't happen". so please provide at least some proof for the things you're claiming.

About the images, I think the images I've provided can provide some suspicion about you providing hacked accounts, which is a different subject from what I'm talking about right now, but I was asked to add it here.

and most lastly, I didn't threaten you at any point, I said directly we will meet here if we won't resolve things nicely, you didn't want to cooperate and find a solution, so we met here as you can see.

And my point remains the same the whole time, we never received Russian accounts with $250 daily spent out of the ones you gave us. so we did not receive the product we ordered and that was promised to us. the fact we agreed to remain and continue trying things, was because we tough you will stand behind what you're selling, but seems all you do is point blaming finger and avoid any sort of responsibility.

Please provide some proof you were in contact with me since the 26th as you claim beside this thread and the private we had before this was executed to the shit list where you also were not cooperating or providing any proofs and for that reason it did got to the shit list public threads.
