Scammed by Donald Kwame

I wanted to purchase a Stripe account and this guy (https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/donald-kwame.1220701/) messaged me on BHW asking me to pay $250 and I asked specifically if he can do face verification when asked and he agreed but now when I am asking him for face verification, he is asking for more $200.

Mods can see my messages with him to understand the whole thing.

After checking further, I also found out that he was previously banned for scamming someone of $7000, here is a shitlist on their previous account: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/scammed-hudge-ammount-7k.1092300/

He shared his Skype username @lightshines on message and that's how I found that Skype name on another shitlist and found he is a serial scammer. Why is he still able to operate?

He is now banned but please only buy from members whose username is not yellow as only paid members can sell on this platform.

I'm trying to understand how the ShitList thing works, so all it does it ban a member and they can any time create another account and do the same thing and in meanwhile people who have been scammed do not get any help? So what's the benefit?? Just not able to understand this.

Yeah, I did read that, so if it was already mentioned by someone else that this Donald Kwame account was another account of a guy who scammed someone of $7k, why wasn't he banned before? Reading that now does not help anyone actually.

As the shitlist have been resolved I feel free to reply, correct me if i'm wrong.

The shitlist process has more power when the accused is a Jr.VIP and is conducting business here in BHW, better with a live bst.
When you buy from a regular non merchant member there is not much to do as he did not pay for his membership and the mods has less or no leverage.
He is banned because he was selling via PM while not an upgraded member, rather than allegedly scamming you.
FYI buying from a non upgraded member is not allowed as well, so be careful next time.
before conducting business, check the seller history, comments, see if it's an old member with many posts and good reviews and ofc he has to be an upgraded member - this goes well into any online business you are doing.

hate people who try to scam others, especially people who try to make a living out of here. Sadly my dude you shouldn't buy from a nonseller account!! I am not saying you cannot do serious business with regular users, but you need to do small research here to see if the user is legit or not.

I hope that amount didn;t make a big hole in your pocket, more will come so stay focused!!

Never buy from nonupgraded members, if something looks too good to be true, it probably is...
