I guess he is just going to keep coming back over and over again... that is not only childish but exhibits a level of butthurt and unprofessionalism as to letting the system operate in an organized fashion.
Debian has some knowledge but I am 100% sure he can not hold a candle to what @jazzc knows as Jazzc is the bomb when it comes to this aspect of technology.

Quite frankly, this guy should have been banned for scamming. NOT for insulting a Mod and NOT for insulting this community who does lack ethics at the end of the day. The fact he was banned for that reason and not for scamming his clients is a prime example of the power trips the mods on this forum continue to display.
I'm all for order, structure, and keeping people safe. But the fact that he was banned because of his big mouth and not because of his scamming ways is ridiculous. Quit flexing your power to impress others. Be fair and impartial based on his actions. Not his big, insulting mouth.

How do you figure that it's a power trip by the mods???
The shitlist threads are here to try and get the best possible solution for the wronged party, whoever that may be.
If @jazzc was on a power trip he would have banned debian at the first insult, instead he waited till the issue was resolved and then even gave the guy plenty of chances to bow out gracefully but he wouldn't do that!

He was ONLY temp banned after his mouth and insults got too big and @jazzc felt insulted. He even stated he gave him a chance and then he pushed it too far. He was found guilty of scamming. His entire scam was even laid out by the mod! Was he banned for that? NO! Look what he stated before he banned him! You just proved my case!
"I gave you a chance to make amends and keep your account and you took it. Now you insult the forum members because you've been blown off. Not acceptable. 1 month vacation to chill and reflect."
He only got banned once the insults started. He was NOT banned for his scamming ways that were exposed by this mod @jazzc. What in the FUCK are you talking about????

WRONG. He was NOT Banned for the scam. As you quoted from the Mod, he did NOT ban him and gave him a chance to make amends by offering refunds. Only then did other members chime in trying to expose him in other ways by dropping links to articles they dug up on Google. He defended himself and in the process insulted the mod and the users of this forum. The Mod jumped BACK IN the thread and banned him for his insults. He was NEVER Banned for actually scamming the members of this board. How can you not see that? This is exactly the type of stuff I'm talking about.
Edit: And would you look at that quote! He even tries to threaten and flex his Mod power by stating "When I get offended, YOU WILL KNOW IT." Implying when he gets offended enough he will ban people. Since when do we ban members for insults and defending themselves against negative posts? A little freedom of speech maybe? Once again, he flexed his power at the end of the day because the member chose to write a novel defending himself and insulted this forum. Pretty clear to me. How is it not to you?
It's crazy to me how long his marketplace thread lasted. It would take about 5 minutes for someone to test his IP quality and be able to tell they aren't true residential IPs.
I actually posted in this thread and asked for a sample IPv6 IP. He did offer em to me for free to "review." I tested them and realized they weren't true residential/university IPs at all. When I confronted to him about it, he had some weird explanation, which didn't make too much sense to me.
But since I hadn't paid for anything, I just decided to move on, rather than make a fuss about it.
The fact that it took so long for someone to actually report this - is what blows my mind. It thought it was common knowledge lol. Just goes to show that a well devised ruse can fly under the radar for a long time.
Also one thing I will point out - true residential IPs are quite expensive to obtain. In my experience, a single IPv4 residential IP from US can cost about $15-$20/month. Or if you try to buy a remote desktop with a residential connection that can rotate between IPs, it would cost at least couple hundred $$ a month.

Yeah, I saw his IPs from his fake accounts to defend him and they were not residential.
Hence the ban due to scamming and not coming clean.

I don't know why you are panicking because he was banned for starters. Additionally, I don't even know why you think he was banned for insulting the mods. What jazzc said, might also mean that if he gets offended, he will let the OP or the person concerned know that they are crossing a limit, instead of throwing a tantrum like you are doing. Over something small nevertheless. I am still trying to understand what triggered you, because banning someone from BHW or anywhere else, doesn't solve the problem. It just creates chaos, and opens up new scammers, or new accounts (like we see in this thread).
Are you upset that he got banned? Or are you upset that he didn't get banned for providing incorrect details to the service (please make up your mind), before you put forward a point, and start playing the blame game.

This doesn't mean he will ban someone. I've seen jazzc when he gets irate with a member, hell I've been on the receiving end but I never got banned or even warned!!

I tried IAPS Security services in 2011 and that time it provided IPs with fake locations (like 46.36.*.* range) and it was obvious when tracing them or pinging.
I even posted that info but some member of mod team removed my post since it was considered outdated. Apparently nowadays his ranges are changed, so I was to lazy to find new ranges and I bought VPN service that time, hence my post was deleted.
Not only ain't his IPs residential they just have fake locations.
Any service that offers locations like North Korea, Cuba etc is fake and bullshit no matter what. All services claiming to offer such locations are swindlers. Anyone must avoid them and do their best to find out their fake IP ranges and expose them.
Another example of such bullshit is PureVPN service (not on our forum as far as I know).
