I paid him $50 via paypal for 50k instagram followers for my business 08/07/12.

After payment, and several messages later, he replied three days later and said it would take 48 hours maximum to deliver.

After 48 hours, multiple attempts to contact him have been made, and he fails to reply and no 50k followers on my instagram.

I am scammed by this guy too. above is the paypal transaction, till now, I got nothing

He told me that He will send the updates on last monday, now he blocked me in skype and no replies.

I lost $300.

but the guy you bought from only joined the forum
1 month ago.. that should be a lesson in itself never
give money to a person with no rep and low posts
they have no history, i hope you get your refund gl

Xenix has the only viable suggestion. People that have been taken for should open disputes on DeathWisher, he'll likely message you to close the dispute and say he'll deliver the followers afterwards. It's important to NOT close the dispute until AFTER he delivers, you can only open a dispute once so if you close it the money is good as gone.

this guy (deathwisher) is a scammer, He had already spent the money from his paypal account,

how can paypal refund all of us? where can paypal find the money to give to us?

also, I f i give the details and proof to paypal, will they go there and find out where is this guy llive?
 
deathwisher has been permbanned. As has been previously suggested, I would definitely be filing disputes as quickly as you can.

u can see some nice and with reputation users selling followers
 
Hello all,

I got mail from paypal that this guy is returning things agaiinst me, however he is the biggest liar. and I don't need to reply the mail but only will paypal wil handle things.

is this automatic? a no reply service?

anyway, is there anyone who live in phillipine here, I would like to catch this liar, and scammer?

So, PAYPAL WON'T EVEN ACT for a user who had scammer mmany many people? then I can conclude that Paypal is the WROST ONLINE PAYMENT ever.

what's will be the case, if it's from ebay? paypal won't give us the favor?

after all the disputes from all around the world for the same person, paypal is a d*mb blind go*at if He doesn't act in fron of this
 
This is what happens when you deal outside BST! Seems likes scammer contacted everyone via PM and made a deal. Next time check BST section, you will easily find a reliable seller.
 
I have been scammed by him as well.. I bought a PayPal acc off him only delivered half way

To which PayPal email have u guys paid?
 
@Mark, He gave an order link or his crazydesigner or something like that.

This guy unblock me in skype and came back to tell me to cancel the dispute and he/she will refund.

Don't close it until you get your refund. Once it is closed, you can't reopen it again.
