I paid him $50 via paypal for 50k instagram followers for my business 08/07/12.

After payment, and several messages later, he replied three days later and said it would take 48 hours maximum to deliver.

After 48 hours, multiple attempts to contact him have been made, and he fails to reply and no 50k followers on my instagram.

He told me that He will send the updates on last monday, now he blocked me in skype and no replies.

I lost $300.

Start filing Paypal disputes, if he does deliver, you can close them later.

People that have been taken for should open disputes on DeathWisher, he'll likely message you to close the dispute and say he'll deliver the followers afterwards. It's important to NOT close the dispute until AFTER he delivers, you can only open a dispute once so if you close it the money is good as gone.

how can paypal refund all of us? where can paypal find the money to give to us?

I got mail from paypal that this guy is returning things agaiinst me, however he is the biggest liar. and I don't need to reply the mail but only will paypal wil handle things.

is this automatic? a no reply service?

anyway, is there anyone who live in phillipine here, I would like to catch this liar, and scammer?

This is what happens when you deal outside BST! Seems likes scammer contacted everyone via PM and made a deal. Next time check BST section, you will easily find a reliable seller.

This guy unblock me in skype and came back to tell me to cancel the dispute and he/she will refund.

Don't close it until you get your refund. Once it is closed, you can't reopen it again.
