Scammed by CYP450 (Deep.Logic / HS Online Entertainment)

As far as I can see he's not sending you the product as promised you have every right to open a dispute and get your money back

I hope people read some of the recent SL threads - cause maybe they'll learn from them.
IF YOU CLOSE A PAYPAL DISPUTE - YOU CANNOT REOPEN ANOTHER ONE FOR THE SAME TRANSACTION.
aka, make sure you want to push it to that level (and don't wait more than 30 days) - and once you do, don't close it unless they have given you what they owed you. If they threaten that they won't deliver unless you close the dispute - just toss it right back and let them know you won't close the dispute unless they deliver - PERIOD.
This thread is pretty much your only recourse now unless you can charge back on a credit card.

PS. you still need to post proof of the details - email copies, skype and/or BHW Msg screenshots - whatever shows the details of what happened.

I have sent a PM to CYP450 and asked him to come forward
on this thread and answer to these accusations. I also told
him that failure to do so could result in termination of his
BHW account.
