I received no response so the following day I sent him a message to both his paypal email and the email he used to register on my website asking whether this was some sort of misunderstanding or him pulling of a scam: http://prntscr.com/potj1l Again, I received no response. Today all the disputes were escalated to claims by the buyer, and still I have not heard one word from him. We are not the type of panel to hold funds for ransom. When drops occur and we cannot refill it, we are always more than willing to refund the order, and even the balance back to paypal so all this was completely unnecessary.
