I don't think it was skipped, but 10 times is a lot and I can understand why it may have. He showed a very bad business management practice over the last year or so.

That's a good point, but as the have to provide proof of the transaction and everything else, when a shitlist is active, there's not much point in waiting 48 hours because in that time the shitlist could be over.

Edit: Also I don't think it is the seller's fault but the buyer's. Why would you proceed with a transaction despite seeing that it has expired and yet you demand a refund from the seller?

On a general note, but related to shitlisting type of scope. A buyer made a pretty nice attempt to scam me (for a service which I no longer provide, at that time I provided that service). After payment the buyer demanded something totally different than what he had paid for, so I told him I will FULLY refund his amount. He was a buyer located in another country. In the country where I currently live, regulations for the bank account type that I have, is that if there is any foreign inward remittance, the bank account holder (me in this case) needs to contact the bank and request in writing or email for the funds to be released.
In the case of this buyer, since he had just transferred (wired) the money and it was decided to immediately refund him, I did not get the funds released to me, but rather requested my bank to send the money back to the sender. My bank did that and provided me a proof of that on paper, with the official stamp of the bank and a signature of one of the bank's staff.
I then provided the buyer (all on Skype), the official proof by the bank, that his amount in full, is sent back to the bank account with which he paid.
After 1 or 2 weeks, that buyer Skypes me that he has not received the amount into his bank account. I requested him to provide me an official statement or letter from his bank to prove his claim, as I also had provided an official letter from my bank stating that his amount is sent back to the bank account with which he paid. Then, this buyer got into "steroid" mode ". I had to repeatedly (dozens of times) request him to just simply get an official statement or letter from his bank to prove his claim that he has not yet received that amount back into his bank account. After that he did not revert back to me. Obviously he tried to scam me. If he was honest, he could have contacted his bank and got a proof that the amount was not received back into his bank account. See the recording of the Skype chats (I have ensured that no personally identifiable details are visible). Nontheless, both buyers and sellers need to especially nowadays, remain vigilant and this is why I am sharing my real experience, for the benefit or rather awareness of people.

I had this problem before with coinbase and coinpayment.

- The $ will come to payment gateway wallet.
- Seller or buyer will have to ask for coinbase/ coinpayment support.
For coinpayment: support will check and send it to seller wallet.
For coinbase: if u are not from US or EU, then good bye your money.

- @Cloutsy did nothing wrong in this topic. He said, he checked and couldnt find his customer payment.
And yeah, his name is still showned on shitlist. Win or lose still hurt his reputation.

- Multi shitlist shouldnt be a reason to get banned.
You do SMM business, you cant avoid getting unhappy customers.
If youtube or any social platform makes an update when i sleep. The next morning, i will have hundred or thousand unhappy customers. Some of them will not listen to you, no matter you apologize.
And BANG, a new shitlist like this may be openned.

We get so many SMM complaints my face hurts.

If you are in a business like that, put a refund process in place to stop my face from getting hurt.

Or better yet, put a fund in place so if there is an issue you can refund ASAP and ignore my face getting hurt.

The fact of the matter is, my face is ugly enough without it getting hurt more and we don't want to ugly up the world any more than is required.

I think this is the main reason he got banned. His attitude on treating customer and mod here. If wha his earn is true.he should just hire someone for pr. Since it really show or is not his forte

@INCC is absolutely correct here. All of you guys that are preforming mental gymnastics to say he isn't, I sent each of you $1,000 in BTC in the past few days, purchasing stuff on your websites. Or maybe it was Paypal, or maybe it was BlaBlaBank, I don't know. Now, you never delivered what I purchased, so I'm opening a shitlist against each of you.

On the other hand, Cloutsy could have handled the situation differently. He had a bit of an attitude in his replies.

I've never been in this situation before, but I would try to work with the customer and figure out what happened. But in the end, assuming I have no sign of payment arrived or attempted in my account, I would advise the client to contact the payment processor through which they paid (or tried to pay) and ask them about it. There's nothing else I can do, or anyone can do.

In the end, if I was in the same situation, and depending on how the person treated me, and if they kept insisting that they sent money, but I have nothing, and the payment processor has nothing, I may give them a few dollars in free balance, just to make their loss hurt a bit less. But that's only if the person is cool and doesn't abuse me, and only if I'm convinced he really did send the payment. I mean, realistically, how often is someone gonna try to scam with that type of story and a shitlist on BHW to go along with it. Okay, it happened once, it won't happen again. Whether legit or a scam, a few dollars won't make or break me. But if the guy is for real, then the few dollars I'll give him on his lost $20 will soften the blow a little bit.

But of course, as far as the forum is concerned, previous shitlists and warning are probably also taken into account when deciding how to deal with someone. So that probably influenced how this was dealt with, and how it ended.

But there is a crafty asshole on the forum who makes fake accounts on BHW and asks for free balances on panels. And one time I caught him on my panel, and removed the balance from one of his accounts, and I also started enforcing my free balance policy in my BST from then on, so he would stop asking with his newly created low-post accounts. But he got upset and he posted a bunch of lies in my BST with his multiple accounts. When I tried to do something about it, my lounge thread got insta-locked. My Jr Executive VIP thread got locked, and I got a warning. My shitlist was rejected. My other 3 shitlists were rejected. And I presented evidence, screenshots and everything. But I couldn't do anything about it. So this is why I'm not very active on the forum anymore, because fake account assholes run this place. And I don't want to get on their bad side, because they can ruin my BST and everything, and I can't do a thing about it.

As far as I remember, your lounge thread got closed because you were opening 10 threads a second about a member ruining your BST. Creating lots of threads at once does not help the situation.

The staff asked you to provide more information/evidence in your SL threads, but you never responded, so the moderators couldn't help you any further.

I opened 1 Lounge thread, and when that got instantly locked, and because it got locked, I opened 1 Jr Executive VIP thread.

That is not 10 threads a second.

I never received a notification or anything that I had a reply in the SL threads. Not on BHW notification, or via email. They were just locked because "No response".

You know what did remove the fake account's posts in my BST? When, I believe it was @INCC who made a thread about it in the lounge. And I don't know how he found it, because I don't think I ever talked to him before then. And when he posted about it, it was dealt with. He was taken seriously. He didn't even have to explain or prove it or anything. But me, fuck me right.

So my 10 years here and my Jr VIP and my BST payments don't give me the right to deal with a blatant abuse on my BST. I took screenshots, I explained what happened in detail, I gave proof this was 1 guy with multiple accounts abusing me. When it all failed, I didn't know where else to complain, so I thought about contacting BHW support. But I assumed they would just tell me it's not their responsibility to deal with that, and send me back to the forum. So I was defeated, nothing I could do.

And I may talk a lot of shit on the forum, but I'm not gonna try to get people banned on some personal vendetta or for no reason. I've been running my SMM panel BST here for years, and you never saw my name in the shitlist section, because underneath all my childish bullshit I'm a serious person when it comes to serious things. So if I report fake accounts or anything really, I feel like my words should have some weight and be taken seriously. But they don't, as proven by that experience with the multiple accounts asshole.

So from then on I'm not as active here anymore. And this guy with his fake accounts, I see him posting around on the forum inflating his post count. Under normal circumstances I'd report it, but I don't want to get a warning for being unprofessional or something, and disrespected like that, so I do nothing.
