I was reviewing this shit list to ensure that everything was handled correctly as some people are wondering about it's validity.
For those of you wondering, the post approving the shit list states the following:
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the Shit Lister resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the Shit Lister's favour.
The seller was griping in this case.
Ordinarily, this wouldn't result in a permanent ban, although the seller does have a history of numerous shit lists and sales disputes. Links to the shit lists for moderators can be found below:
For those of you confused by the name in some of those links, the seller previously went by smmnet and smmdudes. The disputes linked to above are from when the seller went by that name.
This list does not include complaints we received about the seller via reports, the support desk, or directly to moderators.
Going back to the seller, I would've suggested that the seller be given another chance to resolve this issue because we do prefer to give members second chances to resolve these situations.
However, the support tickets he sent in after he was banned are too egregious for me to consider this as an option at this juncture, so he will not be unbanned.
Its pathetic you banned me for multiple shitlists when I only fucking have 1.
You just needed a reason to ban me, well congrats.
I will be disputing all payments every placed with BHW due to your attack on an individual.

For anyone else who finds themselves in a similar situation in the future, bear in mind that if you feel an infraction or ban is unfair, do the following:
- Stay calm and do not start insulting staff members, even the one that banned you.
- Do not start placing false financial disputes for every payment on BHW, especially when you received the membership/advertising/sales thread you paid for. As all of you are aware, this is no different than scamming.
- Stay professional and reasonable in your responses. If you think you've been wronged, it's important to be the bigger person.
