Off-topic but how are those no-tier shitlist warnings generally handled?

I have a few despite never losing an SL thread:

• Someone added their home address to a press release by mistake - The PR went out with their address, they opened SL that got closed as it was their mistake.
• Seller here faked screens that I have withdrawn some funds from their SMM panel - Got caught, shit list closed. (surprised they didn't get banned for extortion)
• Buyer requested a refund for a service that they thought wasn't fit - The mods sided with me but a complementary partial refund of 25% was in order. Actually, the buyer had a fake claim and did this to another seller here and finally, he got banned himself.

Asking because I saw earlier that Cloutsy had many that never went public. I have those tiers under my account too.. If the SL is up and the accuser ends up losing the shitlist then the warnings are still under the seller's profile despite their name being cleaned in the SL thread.

You and the staff are the only ones that can see any warnings and we do not delete them. If we see a bunch we act.

Having several indicates a lack of quality business management.

I am curious about the situation if it was $2000 instead of $20.

Should the seller just refund $2000 or mods would do deep investigation in such situations.

We do not care if it is a small or large amount.

It is the principal as to how a seller operates here.

I believe mods must have checked transactions with the linked IDs. Else anyone can claim anything and extort money from every seller. There must be a long painstaking process by mods before they decide to pull the trigger.

I believe we need an escrow system but that would be really hard because a lot of the payments happen off site. Especially with SMM panels.

Create a bunch of newbie accounts and deposit $2 to any panel or buy some cheap services, open an SL thread, and the seller gets punished regardless if they win because those 0-tier warning points are piling up.

There's zero mod abuse getting clarification on how rules/warnings are imposed or how certain situations getting handled.

He gets an email along with the ban that welcomes it to create a new account.

Not only this is not mod abuse, as stated by BTB, INCC was kind enough to do it publicly and not through PM so we can all see the answers.

A buyer should notify you on their intent of opening a shitlist, and only after making a real effort to resolve it with the seller. Shitlists shouldn't surprise a seller.

2. Inform the other party on Black Hat World of your intention to shit list them.

I mean, yeah i get it it was skipped cuz it was liek the 10th SL agaisnt him, which once again, we do see that happpening alot

No, once banned they are banned.

The rules are that one cannot open multiple accounts to game the forum and if they are banned and try to open a new account that is an attempt to game the forum.

Appeals are managed by support in the event they want to appeal.

His support tickets and attempt at new accounts after this ban are a representation of his utter lack of being a good forum member.

I was reviewing this shit list to ensure that everything was handled correctly as some people are wondering about it's validity.

For those of you wondering, the post approving the shit list states the following:

Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the Shit Lister resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the Shit Lister's favour.

The seller was griping in this case.

Ordinarily, this wouldn't result in a permanent ban, although the seller does have a history of numerous shit lists and sales disputes. Links to the shit lists for moderators can be found below:

For those of you confused by the name in some of those links, the seller previously went by smmnet and smmdudes. The disputes linked to above are from when the seller went by that name.

This list does not include complaints we received about the seller via reports, the support desk, or directly to moderators.

Going back to the seller, I would've suggested that the seller be given another chance to resolve this issue because we do prefer to give members second chances to resolve these situations.

However, the support tickets he sent in after he was banned are too egregious for me to consider this as an option at this juncture, so he will not be unbanned.

For anyone else who finds themselves in a similar situation in the future, bear in mind that if you feel an infraction or ban is unfair, do the following:

• Stay calm and do not start insulting staff members, even the one that banned you.
• Do not start placing false financial disputes for every payment on BHW, especially when you received the membership/advertising/sales thread you paid for. As all of you are aware, this is no different than scamming.
• Stay professional and reasonable in your responses. If you think you've been wronged, it's important to be the bigger person.
