Scammed by @bimasena25

I ordered a virtual credit card to this man @bimasena25

He told it would take just 3 days for processing the card.
He just replied once after 3 days that it is under processing and it would take more 3 days.
I sent him multiple message via BHW message system and to his personal email, but didn't get any reply.
His profile activity shows that he has been active everyday on BHW, even on today.
I request the respected moderators to please look into this matter, so that I might get back my money back and right action may be taken against such scammers.
