Scammed by Backhatter

I bought a Facebook page from him month and some ago, when I bought it I noticed that it has a warning (which he didn't even told me) and I was kinda scared cuz I didn't knew if I could go ad breaks with that page cuz of that. So I sent him 700$ via Payoneer anyways and we agreed that If I can't get ad breaks (aka delete that warning while talking to facebook) I will get my refund.

Since I tried to recover the page from the block it has and failed I asked for refund 10 days later (we all know how quick facebook replies for such cases, so...). And he agreed to refund but he has no PayPal, no Bitcoin and no option for Payoneer to send money. So he contacted support for that blah blah blah blah and long story short the guy just stopped answering my questions, the last thing he said is that I didn't gave him admin on the page so he "stoped" (he never started it) refund process (such thing you can't even stop with payoneer since it's not on your end anyways). He knows that I won't sell my respect and reputation here for shitty blocked facebook page and 700$.

Hello,

I sent @backhatter payment for aged google account and ad spend on July 25.

@backhatter was very responsive on skype before payment.

When I made payment to @backhatter. He refused to update me in a timely manner taking days to respond to my messages.

I would ask for screen shots of the account to verify work and would message me saying he is sleeping or needs to eat dinner.

It is now sept and I request him to refund me and is 3 days non responsive
Please help
@backhatter refund my money.

Already sent them all insights of page and he approved than he pay me. He have used the page and done posts also on the page . Now he is claiming refund and he is using from 2 months . I will not refund any amount . I have delivered . This is not a scam . I don’t give him page and take the money and runaway than it consider as a scam. But buyer already using page from 2 months . Now He posted in shitlist thread

Check his thread . A person suggest him another place to buy the fb pages . So it’s main matter to get refund for this page and buy from another place in cheap cost . So he is trying to make too much clever .

It’s black hat ads, first we need to warm up the ads of white hat and after some times cloacking started and we live .already got suspended one account after some spending. Account is aged and billing history & valuable. But for client satisfaction I have offer another setup with new domain safe page and hosting and one new aged Adwords account. As I have done my all efforts and ads run and getting proper clicks suddenly he claiming refund. You agreed to refund. The page posted all the time the images (no links nothing, just images to keep your page alive), I can prove that to BTB. So there were no "use" for me of that page while I waited for you responses and response from Facebook.
If you agreed to refund, then wanted to refund me then you were screwing me over for 2 weeks about refund process (why did you started refund process and said that you will refund it if you don't want actually?), just go refund and we will keep this professional and everything will be good
