Scammed by Adriansim for remaining payment

Hello!

He scammed me for remaining $6 payment.. He need a Phone number for verification, and we have deal of first he give me $3 advance and $6 after i provide him the code and verification done.
But after i send him the code, he msg me to wait for 10 mints and i have waited for him but he didn't replied me until now.. I have already message him 4-5 times, but he didn't replied me yet.
