How are you guys? Let me introduce my story. I need some advice from you.
Well, 10 days ago I spioken with one bigger yoiutuber from my country(Romania) . I have a free sign up offer which offer 1.25$ per free sign up. I told him iif he want to make a partnership with me and other stuff he was agree and then i told him how he can make over 100.000$ in first month. I told him we create a new video published and then he told me that he want to go alone on this journey. Fuck you biitch! After some discusion we have agree and he must give me 30% from all profit. Everything good till a few days ago 2 3 and he told me that he don t want to withdraw the money and give my part. And now is not answeriing on the phone and oters. I want to go at his home to discuss with him if he don t want to give my money i m going to burn his hous. I am really angry. Give me your advice . Thanks !

Firstly, with a deal this large I would expect you to have detailed and signed a contract discussing the agreement?

If not, that was your first mistake.

If you can prove through the communications you have had with him there was an agreement in place, take him to court and sue.
 
i have all the discussion on FB massage section. I know that was a mistake without sign a contract but i went for trust!
 
I don't follow this. How did he get control over the affiliate account? Isn't it supposed to be yours?
 
Don't tell your strategies when you don't cover your back. Now you fucked up and all you can do is fuck him, his mom and dad, his sister and his dog to get your money back.

well first time before to show him ii told with him and we was agree to work on my aff account, and nest 48 hours he made his personal account and then all was like a shit
 
Well if you have his FB, maybe you can get his adress. Ask his friends, family, ... look at locations his pictures or the ones of his closest friends. Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer.

Yeah but, why the heck he decided not to pay you ? is he a kid playing minecraft videos or ?

Man, why no earth did you KT (Knowledge Transfer) to that jackass? Now, he knows how the system works.. damn wrong step bro!

Why not talk to the affiliate manager of your network once? Show him the email conversion
OR
Threaten the Youtuber that you will take down his affiliate account with the help of Aff.. manager..

aff manager is with him so what can i do :))
 
Not much you can do. Take it as a hard learned lesson: Don't trust anyone!
Next time get contracts signed so you have some legal recourse to prevent such things from happening. Maybe contact the aff network with your story, but I wouldn't expect much.
